It didn't. He came to my property and said it was too big a job for the $179 he posted.. He was also under the impression the deal was $179 for ONE hour of work. It wasn't his fault. The back yard is at the bottom of my driveway and is a lot of work with all the acorns and debris from the trees. By now you have probably charged my account the $179. I hope you can reimburse me because the job wasn't done. I had hoped he would have told you what the situation was and not accepted payment from you. Please let me know. Vinnie and his crew member arrived in the morning, very respectful, greeted me with a good morning, a walk through, explained how much work can be done, the rear flower beds and side fence could not be done as time was of the essence. Thus, I can purchase more time. Vinnie professional eye and detail did a good job. Highly recommend ⭐️

I was contacted immediately by company owner, Vincent, and a date was set for yard and property clean-up. Vincent is accessible, communicative and lovely to work with. Crew arrived early, worked professionally and efficiently, and performed a thorough and totally satisfactory job. We loik forward to working with Emergency Cut and Trim again.

He did a very good job. I made a mistake with the payment. We agreement with a payment. Then I went on Angie List and paid a less amount, instead of the amount we agreed on. I apologies for my mistake, however the damage was done. :(. He did a great job.

Team did a great job showed up despite the poor weather due to the circumstances of the job and how quickly it needed to be turned around. The yard looked great ( I don't think I could find one leaf if i tried). Lawn looked great and ready for the season. Highly recommend.

Good. "4 hours" didn't go as far as I would've thought but they did a good job. Would've preferred they took away the leaves in their truck instead of bag. Would've saved time for more leaf removal.

They did excellent job cleaning up. They were very efficient and courteous and did very good and thorough job. It was a husband and wife team that did the work. Hence, two workers. Arrived the day/time said they would. Loved the "flash" on their truck. Matched the company name exactly. Very cute!!!

Vincent promptly responded to my message, we made an appointment to check out property and give me an estimate-he was there on time, with a smile. Made appointment for work to be done, was there, again on time and with a smile. Very professional, my yard never looked better.

What I like the most is that they show up and mow the lawn. The quality of the work is good, everything is good. They were a little bit expensive.

I had contacted them to do a spring clean up ?at my house - my lawn was very high as my regular landscaping company could not get to me... The communication was very quick and professional.... Since it was my crazy season - I was not very available - he had left messages and texts to get a hold of me - and in that time - my regular company was able to do it...so I wound up not using them - but i would call them again is i ver get into the same situation...

It went okay. I would not personally use them again. They were the most expensive I've ever had. The work was okay. I have a quarter acre. On that quarter acre I have close to 50 oak trees. They showed up with rakes and bags. I said to them, I think we have a misconnection here. In this area, it's always done with blowers and it's done with a crew. They said, we can do it. I said, it's going to take you way longer. Anyway, they went ahead and I agreed to it. By the time they were done it was way more than I've ever paid before and I would never contact them again.

They were great to work with, they were on time, they have reasonable prices, and I would recommend them to anyone needing landscaping service.

This is the third time we've called Emergency Cut & Trim, the first time for lawn service. Great job, as usual. Would not hesitate to call again and highly recommend.

The came on time and left the area clean. Remove excess clippings from the flower beds as well

Finally i have a landscaper who is caring for my property as if it was their own. i am extremely satisfied with Emergency Cut N Trim and am truly lucky to have hired them for all my lawn and flower bed needs.

Was thorough and professional. Hard working and listens to the customer. Due to my own personal issues will not be continuing with service but do recommend his services.

I felt the price for the amount of work was fair, but I didn't price shop all that much. Vincent was easy to work with and very friendly. Extremely prompt with quotes and was able to do the service within a week.
