Description of Work: Emergency Cut and Trim cleaned up our entire side yard (front and back). There was lots of brush in the back, which they pulled, and front yard had a hedge that was out of control. They trimmed, raked, pulled, and cleaned everything up. I purchased a deal for $300 and then asked them to work another hour for another $150.

Description of Work: On 5/4 I purchased The 4hr yard cleanup deal from Emergency Cut & Trim. I was contacted by the company a couple of hours later and made an appointment for 5/20 for the clean-up. I specifically asked what time the crew would be arriving (so I would know what time to be dressed) and I was told about 8 or 9:00. I contacted the Cut & Trim at about 10 and asked where they were. I was then told that they would be there at 5:30. I asked if they were planning to begin that late and I was told that this appointment was a consult not the work. I made it very clear that I was not happy about that. It is now almost 6:30 pm and the person doing the consult has not shown up. This company receives an F for lack of professionalism.
