The call was answered promptly and courteously. The plumber they sent, though young, was skilled and did the work completely to my satisfaction. He removed his shoes each time he entered my home. He was pleasant and thoroughly professional in his speech and manner. I would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: I had bathtub and shower fixtures installed as well as a leaking toilet repaired.

I have a tub that is leaking so I made an appointment to have an estimate done for the repairs. Two days in a row no show & no call. Yesterday, I called almost an hour after the appointment time which was 5:00pm and was told he forgot. So we rescheduled for the same today. Today, I called a few minutes before 5:00pm to let him know I was on my way home from work and would be there a couple minutes after 5:00pm. He said he was running an hour or so behind & would head my way as soon as he was done. It is now 11:03pm and again no show & no call. I don't feel I should have to call again.
