Description of Work: He was great and very professional and likeable. They are very expensive but I'm thinking you get what you pay for hopefully. They are just too far above what we can afford for tile and grout cleaning.

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate to re-grout and reseal my shower that has been leaking and I thought that would fix it. He told me that he wouldn't be able to fix the problem correctly and that I would need a plumber. I really appreciate his honesty. But if I do need anything relating to grout, The Grout Medic will be first on my list!

Description of Work: All looked good for about 3 weeks. Grout came out in several areas; Called them back to repair and re-grout areas. They were here for a short time. We asked them to leave us the leftover grout.Thank goodness they did because we are continuing to patch areas where the grout is coming out. I think they did not remove old grout deep enough to accept the new grout.

 + -1 moreFor the initial estimate, the owner came to the house along with another tech. We scheduled the repair and all went well. We noticed approximately 6 weeks later that the grout on the shower floor including near the drain was not as consistent with the rest of the floor. We contacted the owner and he personally came back to the house. A tech was scheduled within the week to make the repairs to the area. The shower floor looks great.

 + -1 moreDave explained everything he was doing very clearly. He and his helper were enthusiastic and hard working. His commitment to quality showed in his concern for the details. They did very neat work and cleaned-up afterward. We were very pleased with how this project turned out.
Description of Work: This was a two-day project. In the master bath, Dave re-built the outside lip of an 30 year old tile old shower with water damage. He re-grouted the entire shower. He also replaced some cracked floor tiles. In the hall bath, he re-grouted the tub walls and replaced a few cracked floor tiles.
