Description of Work: Repaired a beat up 48" mower deck. Required disassembly of the deck in order to replace some pulleys and a belt. The deck was then reinstalled and adjusted. | |Also repaired a 22" brush trimmer. Required carb cleaning and new fuel line due to deterioration. | |All repairs were completed on time and quality work was preformed. I advise anyone looking for a small engine repair shop to check these folks out. You won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Made repairs to my Craftsman walk-behind trimmer. Initially thought that the carburetor needed to be rebuilt which would cost $60.00. After looking at trimmer found that the linkage would incorrect. Informed me that at some time in the future the carburetor would need to be rebuilt, but really did not need it right now.

 + -1 moreIt was a very good experience and I would recommend going there to anyone. I will again if need be. I will buy my next mower there based on the people and good service. Only possible complaint was not enough communication in the beginning on when the mower would be finished.
Description of Work: Tune up on mower fixed a number of other things and diagnosed problems and future repairs.

 + 0 moreBill's estimate of the service compared to actual cost turned out to be cheaper than thought after he had my lawn mower in the shop and saw he could repair rather than replace some things. His pick up/delivery fee is cheaper than anyone in the area. I was completely shocked at how cheap it was; one Major company told me I needed over $500 worth of repair, another to buy another new lawn mower. Bill fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a new one and more than $300 cheaper than Sears! I liked their services so much I now have my other lawn equipment with them and am taking my vacuum this week! I cannot gush enough about how great their services are! I do know that from now on every year they will be doing my annual tune ups on my equipment!
Description of Work: St Johns Sales and Service is fast, friendly and affordable! I had a problem with my lawn tractor cutting out, the choke not setting right, needed new blades and a tire that had a slow leak. He found the carburetor needed cleaning, the valves needed to be adjusted and the fuel lines cleaned. He repaired a pin hole leak in the tire that tire stores did not find - ever. He replaced the blades too.
