Palm Freddies

Around April I Called on phone and discussed what I wanted and that I lived in jacksonville. Told me no problem could deliver and install palm tree for additional monies. Felt price was fair so I went to his place of business (in st. Augustine ) and picked out a palm tree and some boulders. I was given a delivery date. So on my delivery date I waited he never showed. So I called and he said he forgot he was busy and would not be able to deliver tree that day. He told me he would call and arrange another day delivery. Although I would refuse to consider another date or to do business with him,I waited for his call. to this day never a call. Guess the dude has so much business that to deliver a palm tree and a couple of large rocks is less than he has time for. I also had several neighbors excited to see as they were very interested in getting trees for their yards. Sorry you snooze you lose

They were on time. They cleaned up the mess. They were polite. The tree has lived now into its second year on our property and it's very healthy. In the past with using other landscapers we lost a total of three palm trees.

It went quite well. The owner, Casey, had a number of excellent design tips as to how to install our items which we used. The price was fair, the items delivered were as promised. They installed quickly but were quite willing to make changes as requested. Very cooperative folks and easy to work with. They also offered a better warranty then other similar landscapers in the area. I have no complaints. Don't be put off by their somewhat disorganized and quot;storeand quot; area. The end product is what counts.

It went very well, was creative and a vision for how it should look, I wouldn't use anyone else.
