Description of Work: Moved our house and garage contents from Jax, FL to Waco, TX. They loaded and rewrapped items as needed. They were pleasant and worked steadily. Unloading in Texas they were still pleasant and worked steadily despite a very hot day. All of our items arrived safely with no damage. We were very pleased with the experience.

Description of Work: I was really disappointed in this service after spending so much time talking with Trad. He was very informative and professional but unfortunately, I can't say that for the crew sent for my move. They did show up on time, but the guy in charge spent a LOT of time on the phone..........during the entire process. Everything was wrapped (which understandably takes time) but in the process of taking one of the beds apart, one of them misplaced a tool. ALL THREE of them stopped what they were doing to look for that tool. Finally I just said "Look, I have a (screwdriver or pliers or whatever it was) if it's that important". That encouraged the other two to continue working. Once we arrived at the new location, it was like everyone moved into slow gear. The person in charge - again - would just disappear and I would see him outside on the phone. There was more standing around, chit-chatting than I appreciated until finally, I was making my way to the individual rooms, unwrapping the furniture myself. The most disappointing of all was the time it took for the move. There were no boxes, no pictures, no mirrors, no tv's or electronics of any kind, no clothing, no patio furniture, and nothing from the garage. We had moved all of this ourselves. The only things to be moved were two bedroom suites, two office decks, two file cabinets, two love seats, a sofa, four chairs, a coffee table and two end tables but still, it took 3 guys the exact amount of time (almost 5 hours) it was quoted me to move everything in my house. And one of the major disappointments was, no one ever called to asked about the service or how things went. As with any move, I'm glad it's over. But with all I experienced, I just couldn't in good faith recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThey supply the labor, and you supply the vehicle. They got back to me probably within two or three days. I did not get multiple quotes to compare them because they kind of have a unique business model where they will pack and move, but they will not actually move the product. I did not actually meet anybody. It was all online. It was a simple couple of emails. I just gave them a description of the move, and they gave me an estimate.

Description of Work: Friendly staff. Follow sup on scheduling. I had to reschedule twice and this was without problem. Movers were accomodating and proceeded with specefic items at my direction. (ie: Breakables). The movers worked until they were completed and it was a 19 hour day for all of us. Very accomadating with repect to my large dogs when moving items in and out.

 + -1 moreI left a message with the manager and he prompted returned my call to indicate his movers were available at the requested date and time. We decided to change our move date so I called asking if they were available for that date as well. Again, he responded promptly indicating they were available. He gave some advice about moving pads since we needed to have our furniture protected for an out-of-state move. The guys arrived exactly on time after calling about an hour beforehand to advise/confirm of the expected arrival time. Were were very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: The two movers were very polite and had a good attitude about wanting to help us. They efficiently moved our household items into our storage container unit.

 + -1 moreWe moved from our apartment to our new house. The crew showed up a little earlier than scheduled which really worked well for us. They began immediately moving boxes and wrapping blankets around the furniture so as not to get scratched. We used a three-man crew as we wanted to finish in a short period of time. Unfortunately, the rain started on our way to the house but they put down blankets on the carpet so as not to track in anything. We were very impressed with the quality of work they did and will definitely use them again if the need arises and will be recommending them to friends.

 + -1 moreThey are headquartered in St Augustine but he owns a small franchise in Jackson. He doesn't own his own trucks, he rents them and they are very well maintained. He is the loader and had 2 assistant movers. They were very, very courteous and considerate. The house I moved into is from the 1940's and has all original wood. One of the movers had an idea to place boxes down on the floor while moving the furniture in so the floors wouldn't get scratched. They were very nice and I was very appreciative. The only problem I had with them was that he didn't always have the information I needed at his fingertips. It's a small franchise and he would often answer from his cell phone, so it's understandable. He always got back to me with any inquiry though. Their price was at least $100 less than other quotes I received. They were quick and efficient without being hurried. Overall, I was very pleased with them.

 + -1 moreOverall, the job got done and that is what was most important, but it wasnt as smooth as it could have been.
Description of Work: I had called 2 weeks in advance of the move to schedule the appointment and spoke with the owner. The day before the move, one of his employees called to confirm. The owner had gotten my address and the scheduled time wrong. The two gentlemen that came to help me move were great and very accomodating. I feel they were a bit over priced because there was a 2 hour minimum and we really only needed them for less than an hour because the apartment was totally pack before hand and we only moved a few blocks. I am just happy that the employee called to cofirm the address and time or we wouldnt have been ready. It was a decent experience because the employees were flexible. I dont have a lot of faith in the owners business sense though.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. When you get the first email, they give you links to their liscense, give you a list of references, and the Better Business Bureau. They came out and gave me an estimate which I thought was pretty fair. They confirmed the appt the day before and arrived on time. Moving went smoothly, I paid what I was quoted, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are hassle-free which is great because moving can be very stressful.

Description of Work: They moved me from Jacksonville to Kansas. They were wonderful from top to bottom. They were not the cheapest but thats good in my book. I was given a written estimate and a flat price choice i choose by weight and the price was under the estiamte. They wrapped everything so well it was impressive. Jay was my salesman although dont call him a salesman he says he is a mover. Robert and Blaine were my crew i have NEVER seen 2 guys work harder than they did. I appreciate everything and yes I will make sure I tell friends.

 + -1 moreMovers were scheduled to arrive at 8AM. They called at 8:01 AM and said they would be 15 minutes late. Ended up arriving at 9 AM. The two movers were friendly, professional... normal guys. We packed most of everything so they just wrapped the furniture and carried everything to the truck. I paid for them to pack up our dishes and the TV-- which arrived unbroken. Truck arrived to our new place on schedule and unloading was a breeze. They set up our furniture where we wanted it and left. We paid the flat rate. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and comforting. He called us a few days before the move to make sure we were packed (otherwise, he would send the men ahead of time to allot more time to pack us up) and to check if we had any questions. 1 or 2 chair/desk legs got a little nicked on the move but everything is fine. Recommended!!

They worked tirelessly despite the extreme heat, humidity and size of move. Items were carefully packed in trucks and storage, then removed to our new home.
