I am extremely satisfied. He gave me a small discount because I mentioned Angie’s List. It’s not the reason that I used him, but it was a nice extra. What stood out about this service was everything. They arrived on time. They did the job in two days, which is exactly what they said they would do. I had a small problem really not caused by them, it was caused by hurricane Irma right after they did the roof, and they came back and fixed the problem the same day I called. They were cheaper roofers, but I got very, very good reviews on Neligan and I wanted the best roofer I could get.

Brian and his crew provided exceptional work. I am hiring them again for another roof project (different house) after Hurricane Matthew Brian came out in a timely matter to give me a estimate. I had told him what my insurance company had said about my roof. He went out of his way to take pictures and write up a full report explaining why I needed a reroof and not a patchwork job. I had a lot of damage inside due to water intrusion He never asked for assignment of benefits. My insurance company agreed to pay for the new roof. Brian's crew is top notch they completed the job in a timely matter. Handled my HOA, permitting. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. I highly recommend them.

The previous owners I bought the house from got a quote from them to do a minor roof repair. After many attempts trying to reach them to talk about the quote I finally got an email back (could never reach them by phone and never returned my calls) they said they do not warranty their work. They said roof repairs are very complicated to diagnose and repair so they don't give Warranty's. I told them they shouldn't be in the roofing business because any true professional would have confidence in what they do and would give a one year warranty at the least.

They were very good, very responsive and we were very pleased with them. They were great. We thought the price was reasonable. It was right after a hurricane and came out less then a week and no price gauging. We were pleased. They were professional, responsive and fixed the problem. If they said they would be here at 9 they would and 9:05 would be late. They were good hard workers, no one was sneaky, they cleaned up and they were fine.

After initial repair was done we questioned a section of plywood that appeared to need more repair in attic. Contacted Brian Nelligan and he responded promptly, sent his crew out and they repaired the section to our satisfaction. Very professional and prompt!

It worked out perfectly. They identified the problem. I had a leakage. They gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price. They were there and completed the work in a timely manner and I haven't had a problem since then.

The first big rain after Mathew I discovered my roof leaking pretty badly in the garage so I called and was told they were very busy after the hurricane but would come and see how bad the damage was. They were there the next day and explained that since it was only a small area and was not damaging the interior of the house they would have to work me into their schedule and would call me when they could come. They gave me an estimate which was a very fair price. Before they left they put a tarp over the leak so it would stop getting water into the house. A week or two later they called and said they could come the next day. arrived on time. fixed the leak in about 2 hours. Great service. Very professional.

I'm very happy with the results. From my first contact with Nick to get an estimate to the final follow-up, everything went smoothly. I was especially impressed with Nick's knowledge (he patiently answered my every question during the estimate and roofing stages) and with his quick follow-up during the process, including pictures he took (before, during, after). He personally did a final nail check around the house, and when oil leaks from a truck stained my driveway (related to chimney work done a few weeks after roof completion), he arranged for a crew to power wash the driveway. Sherri (office manager) supplied me with addresses so I could look at shingle colors on houses. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workers were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Neligan (in fact, I did so yesterday to a neighbor).

The contractor was a no show. The appointment was not rescheduled. I've used them before and had a good experience.

The quality of work was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Based on others' reviews on AL I gave them a call to come provide an estimate for a re-roofing job at my house. While I ultimately went with another company, the estimator showed up on time, knew his product, listened to and answered my questions and in general provided a top notch estimate. This company seems very professional and I will keep them in mind for friends and family. They are an Owens Corning supplier, and ended up with a price about $1,500 above the other company I went with, but still and all it was a very good experience. Will definitely keep them in mind.

No one has been hired as of yet. No work has been done. Getting another estimate or 2 before we go forth with any work.

Nothing at this time. Waiting for someone to stop out and take a look. To see if repair needs to be done. Company is back up due to Hurricane that happened here in October. Said may be 1-2 weeks. I can not give a rating at this time.

They were prompt, courteous, and finished the job in the time frame specified. I felt the price was fair for the work performed. The only problem was some very unprofessional behavior on the part of a few of the workers. Lots of cursing, arguing and bickering, between 2 or 3 of them. Made me somewhat uncomfortable, at one time I did fear there would be a physical fight.

Great, hardest working group of men I've seen in a long time. Very punctual,cleaned the yard when they finished. Swept driveway,patio,sidewalk and porch. Spend the extra money on the weather lock underpayment. It's worth the money for piece of mind.
