Description of Work: Removed and replaced my original roof. The roofing job was fine but the workers damaged my existing gutters and Neligan suggesting replacing the gutters for an additional $1,600. I said NO, but had them replace the leaf guard and fix the damage they caused for a discounted price.

Description of Work: These folks came out and fixed roof leaks twice. The 2nd was not related to the first. Both time Kenny did the work... he is a true craftsman.

Description of Work: All of the people at Neligan Construction were very helpful, courteous, and amenable to schedule conflicts due to weather and my medical situations. When the project did get started the work to put siding and to replace some dry rot on some eaves cause by a roof leak, it was done in professional and timely manner. I would like to say that the two workers, Rich and Hampton, were very professional and when they left for the day you could not tell that repairs were being done, they cleaned up before they left the job site. They also found other situations that had to be corrected and fixed. I was extremely satisfied with the work they accomplished. The painting that was done after the repairs were made was just a little sloppy but was cleaned and corrected before the final invoice was summited. I would also like to state that I had another roof leak (not associated with the previous work) and when I called they had someone out the very next day to fix that problem. As you can tell I was extremely satisfied with Neligan Construction and would highly recommend them for your construction needs. Thanks Brian for having a great bunch of people and a great company.

Description of Work: Balcony Repair - Neligan Construction came in at more than $2000 less than the next closest bid by proposing an alternate an innovative strategy to keep our balcony deck from leaking into the storage area. We have now been through several storms with zero leakage and it worked perfectly.

Description of Work: I had a complete roof replaced on my house and my two car garage and I was very satisfied with everything that they did for me

Description of Work: They replaced decayed cedar siding on my house, one side door to the garage, and one screen door to my enclosed patio. The person who gave the estimate left the company. He did not do a specific bid according to the company. He stated they would have to take up the boards on the entire side patio in order to replace the bottom boards surrounding the deck on the outside which was not the case. I don't know if I was charged the correct amount or not. However, I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Requested an estimate for home re-roof. While prompt in appointment company rep spent less than 20 minutes looking ground level at the roof then provided what seemed to be a "boiler plate" hand written non-itemized estimate. This was the second of 2 contractors that we had. The first spent 1 hour on the roof and around the site providing a detailed costing and detailed options for the job. Lack of attention and lack of professional estimate (quick estimate was 20% higher than the first company) made me wonder why they bother listing with Angie.

Description of Work: A representative came very promptly to give me an estimate. I called them about having siding replaced. However, as he looked around the house he kept mentioning additional items "we could take care of". I told him that if he wanted to give me an estimate for the additional items, I would be happy to look it over. The estimate he gave me came to over $7000 and included a long list of things that he had mentioned to me. It was a flat amount, no break out for each item. I told him that I would need to know how much I would be paying for each item on this grocery list and then I would consider them but primarily I wanted the siding repaired. He seemed unhappy with this request and said that priced individually the total would be higher. I said that was reasonable and he promised to email me the breakout. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the master bath ceiling which was coming from a leak in the ceil around the vent on the roof. Will was very professional and determined the problem and gave me an estimate that was very fair.He was out the next day to fix the problem and I also had him give me an estimate for gutters that I am hoping to do in the near future. I would highly recommend Neligan Constuction to my neighbors.

Description of Work: I needed a new roof, and wanted one that would be up to the latest hurricane code, and last. They did a superb job. You can probably get it done cheaper, but if you want high quality and good advice about the choice of materials, go with Neligan.
