Description of Work: Rebuilt chimney and took out popcorn ceiling in the family room, kitchen and hall. Rebuilt chimney from the 2x4 structure out. Painted chimney. Took out ceiling with minor water damage and replaced it with a knock down texture. Quality work all around.

Description of Work: I asked provider to check roof for any possible entry points for wildlife into my attic. They identified 3 areas and although they confirm that they could perform job, they felt that a pest control co. would provide the same service at a lower cost. I thought that was very honest and will certainly consider them for any major roofing projects.

It was refreshing to see a prompt arrival and he spent adequate time going over various options for the repairs I was looking to do. I feel that Mr. Neligan went above and beyond by thoroughly looking over my roof and identifying a problem I didn't even know existed. He showed me some pictures that he took of this new problem area, pointed out the obvious concerns this new repair meant to my home, and offered long term solution that was well within my budget. I can't begin to tell you how happy I was with the work that Mr. Neligan and his crews provided. There were quite a few mix ups but Brian Neligan became directly involved and addressed all of my concerns. The work was good and all of the people I dealt with were very understanding, cordial, patient and competent. I will use this provider again.
