Ed Jens was fantastic in working with me to review the work and provide an extensive proposal. He made it very easy to understand and explained in detail what Neligan roofing would do to address the issue. Additionally, he provided the proposal electronically and accepted the signed contract electronically as well. I will definitely use Neligan roofing in the future when I need any type of roofing work performed. When Will who worked for Neligan showed up to review the worksite and write up his equipment list he was very professional and courteous. He provided pictures of the work he performed and went the extra mile to perform An artisan level of craftsmanship.

Ted and Desiree did an amazing job and I can't wait for it to rain now! Hard working and super polite. Everything looks great and they were extremely professional. I gave Neligan a B on responsiveness only because the office communication wasn't as efficient as it could have been. However, the office staff is very nice however. Ted promised that if there is a leak, or the diverters aren't working as planned (when it rains), he will be out immediately to make sure everything is fixed. However, he was fairly confident we would find no leaks because he and Desiree pride themselves on their work. Much respected and appreciated.

I have always been extremely happy with Neligan Construction from the first phone call to having the work done and to paying what I always felt was a fair amount. Professional all the way! We needed a new roof, and while getting estimates, they weren't the least expensive and they weren't the most expensive, but they were the most honest. I wanted Owen Corning shingles and they were not only using them, but they are certified with Owen Corning to offer warranties that no other Jacksonville company can offer. This I checked myself without them even telling me. As I right this report, they are doing an inspection of a roof for my son on a house he wants to purchase. My entire family will use no one else!

Neligan did a great job on our roof. Hard workers and got the job done with a great crew. Juan the site manager was on top of everything. Juan always went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. Sherri was also very helpful at the office.

Were very professional and arrived a week earlier than scheduled. We were glad to be scheduled earlier since this is our vacation home and were planning on leaving earlier than originally scheduled. Did a wonderful job.

Every aspect of the job was handled professionally and with courtesy. One important measure of any business is the people working within it. In that regard, the assistance provided by Heather and Sherry in completing paperwork & scheduling was consistently pleasant and very accommodating. Of particular note, Jason & Desaray went beyond mere concern in the final details — their genuine desire to ensure total satisfaction made me feel as though I’d gone back in time about 50-years to the days when people truly believed in “doing the right thing”. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Site Manager, Juan, who oversaw the entire job, kept an eye on all details and did not leave until everything was perfect. A big “job well done” to the entire team at Neligan — I recommend this company without hesitation!

The estimator came to my house at the end of June and I have never received a call back for the price of repairs. I called a week later and asked about the estimate and they said a person would contact me and I have never received a call back. At this point, I would never use them even if they would call me back.

Everything went well with having a new roof put on our home. Quality materials and workmanship. The only issue I had was the clean up could have been a bit better. Still finding the occasional roofing nail laying around from the stripping of the old roof.

Neligan was the most professional and one of the few companies that actually came to provide an estimate. Most companies, including many with positive reviews on Angie's List, said they didn't provide roofing services in my ZIP code. While my house is neither large, nor new, it is my home and I value it. The work was begun and completed ahead of schedule and within the budget. There were no hidden costs or unnecessary additions. Prior to the work starting, they provided helpful information to prepare the yard and interior of the home for the construction. All members of the Neligan staff—from office personnel to roofing workers—were professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Neligan Construction & Roofing to anyone who needs roofing repairs or replacement and any other construction work.

When my husband and I decided it was time to replace our roof, Neligan Construction and Roofing was our first choice. His company was recommended by several friends and coworkers. We consistently saw his team in our neighborhood. His reviews are all positive. My husband was extremely happy after meeting with Brian so we made our decision to have him take care of our roof. His office staff, Diana and Sherri are wonderful. His team did a beautiful job! I wish I could have thanked them personally. We love our new roof! We recommend wholeheartedly.

Neligan Construction and Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and a pleasure to do business with. That included the office staff and work crews. The Neligan work crew pulled the old roof off and put the new roof on in a single day, did a great cleanup after them self. I did have some minor issue with a few shingles and the Bathroom Vents that the Building Inspector pointed out, Someone from Neligan was out the next day and fixed everything that the Inspector had pointed out. If the need arises that I need Roof work or construction on my Home, I'll call this contractor again. In fact my neighrbor discovered he also needs a roof replacement and I recommended Neligan to him.

I requested a quote for a new roof back in August. About 3 weeks later I got a call and they apologized for not getting back with me. The estiimate was done the next day, and I told them I accepted it. The office person was supposed to call me within 2 days to start getting the permit pulled, but I never heard back. I sent a reply to the estimate email and got no response. The guy that I talked to on the phone was very courteous, but that's about as good as it got. I still don't have a new roof.

They did not responded to my calls or emails
