not sure it is 100% yet but it seems they do not mind coming out again and making it right. My hope is that it continues and the problem gets resolved

They came on time. They came when they said they were. It was actually the owner of the company who came. They looked at the house to give the estimate. They were very professional. I have no complaints at all. They were very good. I will consider using them in the future.

I contacted Neligan's office on a weekend, after hours and left a voice mail. The following Monday, someone contacted me to get my address and a description of the work I wanted to have performed. I was told that someone from their company who handles gutters would be contacting me within the next several days. The following day, Ed contacted me to set up an appointment for later that day to come out and take a look at the job, take measurements and give me an estimate. Ed did come out and take measurements and give me an estimate and a date for the job to take place (the following weekend). Unfortunately, the day of the job, Ed was working on another project first thing that morning which got complicated so he called me and we rescheduled for the following day, a Sunday. Ed did come out the next day, removed all the old gutter and down spouts and installed the new gutters. He was not able to complete the job that day due to a complicated installation around our pool pump house so he came back several days later and completed it as he said he would. After several weeks, we had a very heavy rain which revealed a couple of areas where water was leaking around/through the newly installed gutters. I contacted Ed and described the damage. He came out to the house the following afternoon and made changes to the gutters to hopefully prevent further leaking. If it does leak again, I feel comfident that Ed will return to make the necessary repairs. He cleaned up all debris after the job was over, was ontime and responded to any issues we had and the price at the end of the project was the same as the estimate.

The worker came alone, quoted on one day and came back the next to do the work. He was not clean cut but was efficient and knowledgeable. He was a long term employee and detailed his plan to me without making me feel like an idiot. He brought all his own equipment and even brought different shades of shingles so he could match the faded color my roof currently enjoys. He completed his work within an hour and was on his way.

Professional office and technician did a great job. Only con is not calling when missed the scheduled appt. Still waiting to see if the roof does not leak when we have a big storm.

Overall they did a pretty good job. Will was very helpful and always answered or returned my calls. The only issues we really had were some roof leaks during the roofing job. This was not completely their fault as we had a lot of rain during the time of the re-roofing. Will took care of all the leaking issues even if it was 9 o'clock at night. The only real issue is that some of my grass did get killed because they did not pickup all of the supplies in a timely manner. All in all though I would use them again over the other companies I spoke to.

I had just bought an older home before Byrl blew through. There was a leak in my garage that was ruining the ceiling. Neligan Construction was teh only company that returned my call. They were able to come out before Debbie came through. They found some roof damage that my inspector over looked and repaired a large section of my roof as well as cleaned the remaining roof of debri. They did it at a reasonable rate for the amount of time and work they did. I will definitely call them first the next time I need anything for my roof. I will also call them first for my roof replacement which will probably be in the next 5-7 years!

They did a good job. As far as I know, I have not heard any complaints from our renter. I am very pleased.

Very pleasant experience under the circumstances. No one wants to reroof, but when the job goes smoothly and as described it is gratifying.

Getting quotes for gutters was not as easy as I had thought it would be. One place said they couldn't come out to do an estimate until 2 weeks and another gave me an estimate but wouldn't be able to do the job for 3-4 weeks. And still yet another, I had to play some phone tag with before even getting to talk with them. However, there was one company, Neligan Construction & Roofing, that did pull through for me and they battled down pouring ran to do so. They came out the same day I spoke to him which was a Thursday and was able to do the job that Saturday. It was father (Ed) and son who did the job and they were awesome! They did an excellent job and even my husband was satisified (which is not an easy task). I would highly recommend them.

We have had a leak in our Florida Room ceiling for a long time. They came out and not only fixed the leak but came back after the job was completed to insure the leak was completely gone. They offered a 3 year warranty on the job and promised no leaks. The owner called to followup and showed real care for my issues. I was VERY pleased with the jobs done.

Time was of the essence because I had a roof leak; I needed somebody who was going to come sooner rather than later. Neligan returned my call promptly and they were here within a day. They jumped up and got things taken care of for me; so they were very cool. They were very personable, professional and on time.

Brian went the extra mile from the quote to the very end of the project. He actually climbed up on my steep roof (which even the home inspector did not do) to give me an accurate quote. He also provided all of his licensing information, insurance and a packet of recommendations. My home is in the historic district of Avondale and it was very important to me to get a company that had experience with historic homes - and Neligan's crew has that experience. The pitch of my roof is pretty high, Brian made sure he scheduled his most experienced pitched roof workers for the job. His crew was courteous, knowlegable and clean - they would tidy up the site every day so when I came home from work, there weren't nails and debris everywhere. They ran into a problem when they started removing the old asphalt shingles and contacted me right away. Brian called and explained the problem, how they would fix it and the cost. I appreciated the communication and the thoroughness in which they performed the job. During the job, there were a few "nail pops" where the nails in the sheetrock had pushed through the wall in my upstairs bathroom. I called Brian about it and he sent someone out immediately to repair the area - they fixed the nail pops and actually smoothed out an old crack and an additional rough patch in the area - leaving even better than it was before. This is just another example of how Neligan went the extra mile. The Neligan office staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. This is my first home and I had no idea what to expect or what paperwork was needed. I took out a Home Renovation Loan to pay for the roof which ended up requiring tons of paperwork. Sherri and Beth took care of everything for me quickly, thoroughly and happily. They were just wonderful. I had a fantastic experience with Neligan Roofing and recommend them highly. They were the high bid on my project, but I chose them for their sterling reputation, professionalism and dedication to using quality materials for a quality job. You get what you pay for, and Neligan was definitely worth it.

We are very happy with them, they came when they said they would, prompt and courteous, and when they show up when they say they are going to it just makes for a pleasant experience.

Pleased with service and quality, cleanliness of installation. They took the time to ensure that my house, lawn and pool were not damaged during the construction.

The gentleman came and looked at my roof. He explained to me that the house was settling and that there was no need to repair it.

They did a really great job. They were the only ones who were willing to come out for the estimate because we had storms three weeks ago. The other roofing companies were really busy and couldn't come out for over a month.

It was repaired the same day I called and has not leaked since. I was very happy with the service and quick response. The cost was reasonable and I would call them again should the need arise.

Will from Neligan came to the house the next day after I called to provide an estimate to fix the leak. He located the problem quickly, explained the required work and gave a complete and fair estimate. After some initial scheduling delays the work was completed quickly and correctly. Will and his team actually inspected the entire roof and made some small repairs that he thought were needed at no extra charge. The roof has no more leaks and the drywall work done inside around the bay window looks great. Since this was a rental house the workmen coordinated with my tenants to work inside the house at a time convenient to them.These are very knowledgeable folks and great people to work with. I will definitely use them when I need roof work done again.

Did not show up for arranged estimate. Did not call. Will not be using their services.
