They arrived on time and were very professional. They listened to my needs and offered me multiple solutions. When I explained that I wasn't ready to make a decision they were very understanding.

Very professional. Estimate was not the most expensive but was not the cheapest. Really liked Brian and his quote was thorough and explanations were understandable. He said my home owners insurance would be lower with this type of roof and it did go down by $1200. Crew was good only complaint was they could ahve been a little more thourough picking up garbage, nails on a daily basis. Clean up after finished was great. Roof does not leak and looks great! He also fixed the inside of the ceilings that had been damaged and did a great job. You can not even tell that the ceilings were ever damaged.

I had a roof leak start early this summer. Sometimes it would leak during a hard rain and other times it wouldnt. I had an idea of where it was coming from but wasnt sure. I wanted to do it myself to avoid someone coming out to tell me I need an entirely new roof, but I was confident that I knew what I was doing. So I called Neligan to come give me an estimate. Someone picked up as soon as I called and I was guaranteed a call later that day since I am a bit out of their service area. I did get a call later that day but was unavailable. I called back Mike Goog later that night at 8pm and he was still available to speak. He scheduled a time to come give me an estimate over the weekend. The fact that I was able to call that late and have someone come on the weekend was huge for me. Mike showed up exactly at our scheduled time. He was very professional and presentable. He looked at the spot the leak left on my ceiling and immediately had an idea of what was happening. He grabbed his ladder and went on the roof. Within 2min he came down with pictures of the problem. 15min after that the problem was solved. I was very impressed. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't try to tell me the problem was bigger then it really was and he educated me the entire way.

Work was done as scheduled. Per our Homeowners Assoc. requirement, they put up barriers to keep roofing materials from falling into our lake. They provided all documentation required by our insurance company for additional insurance discounts. They had some trouble with a section of our roof where a peak joins the roof, which later resulted in a leak. They responded promptly, but had to come out twice to finally fix the problem.

Everything went very well. Our insurance company was going to cancel coverage and they worked hard to make sure we had the required paperwork in time to prevent this from happening. This is a local owned business which is good to support. When we had a follow up question they came over to check and make sure everything was done properly. They did all of the work quickly and it looks wonderful. We are very happy with the results.

They sealed a leak and repainted it for me. He provided a warranty for labor and materials. They were prompt, on-time, did good work, and I would use them again.

We had to reschedule the job a couple of times because of the tropical storms we have had lately. Ed gave us an estimate back in January 2013 and was kind enough to honor the quote 5 months later. They worked nearly 5 hours in 90+ degree weather and couldn't have made a profit on this job, but our association will definitely use Neligan's again because of their honesty and professionalism.

Initially there were some problem to schedule the work but after all person who came did good job. He was nice and did all the work and few little minor things he did I even didn't ask for. I can't test the roof leak until heavy rain occurs but I believe that he did excellent work. Overall I am satisfied with the work he did with reasonable price and also they have provided 3 years warranty.

My experience with Neligan Construction $ Roofing was just great. After I found the company on Angie's List I called the company and the owner Brian answered. I explained about the water stain on my ceiling and the type of roof. He set a date for the next day to come and look at it. He came to my home (right on time), went up on the roof, took pictures to show the area to me and then explained what he saw. Tiles needed to be replaced and luckily we had saved some of them when the new roof was put on 5 years ago (not by Neligan). A worker came out the next day and worked most of the morning. He replaced tiles, fixed some cracks in others and then painted to match existing color. We can't believe how good it looks. and the leak is gone. Brian was professional, knowledgable, explained the problem and the fix and then did it. I would highly recommend him and just wish I had known him 5 years ago.

Well, when they came out to give me the quote, they beat all the other prices by a few hundred dollars. It was a small fix on the roof of an aluminum screen porch on the back of the house, so I went with them. First, they did not show up for the first appointment. No call. no show. They called an hour after the show time to say that they had a flat tire and would have the reschedule. So, he gave me a 20% discount on the job. I was happy about that. The second time they were still about 30 min late but showed and got the job done. Well sort of. Again, no call that they would be late. My wife had to call them after they were an hour late to quicken the process. In addition, they did not seal the top of our chimney, which was part of the job. Also, one on the workers stepped too h****** top of the aluminum roof and bent it in slightly. However, they came back out and fixed the problem to our liking. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. Even though we had to put up with these issues the price was unbeatable and the company righted the problems we had.

I had to call several times over the course of a week before I was able to speak to someone. We were having major storms that week so I know they were swamped. After I spoke someone on the weekend, they got right on it that day and repaired the leak.

I returned home from an extended trip to find major damage to my roof, with a major storm system scheduled to arrive in 3 days. I called a few places who could not meet such a tight deadline. After calling Neligan, Dave showed up 15 minutes later and gave an estimate. He fit me in 2 days later. They worked 10 hours that day, another 6 the following day, and beat the storm system by a few hours. Lots of rain since then, and everything is dry. And, the price was great.

Thr roofing effort was started and completed as scheduled. As with any large project there were a couple of things that required a visit to correct but Will was more than happy to make everything right. I applaud his dedication to ensuring a quality job so Will personally gets an A+ from me! The gutter installation also went as scheduled and was flawless. Ed and his son took the time to make sure the job was done as though it was for their own place. Ed also took the time to give me several tips about some self help tasks I can do for myself. His advice will certainly help me complete my projects with a more proffessional result. He and his son get an A+ in my book! We recently had a decent rain and the roof and gutters did the job perfectly.

We are recently new Angie's List members and this was our first experience with your referral list. In summary, we picked Neligan based off member ratings and needless to say we were not impressed with Neligan or Angie's List. Over a period of several weeks we experienced the following. On first contact Will lost our number and we had to call back again after not hearing from them. He then no showed the first appointment and was late for the second appointment. During this process, we had contacted a roofer that we used prior to joining Angie's List. They had already completed an estimate and given pricing, but we waited for Neligan as we wanted to see our first Angie's List recommendation through. His pricing was inline with the contractor we found on our own and we had previously used, but we ended up not going with Neligan based off their disorganization and unprofessionalism. In fairness, maybe they are "overwelmed" with the business derived from their Angie's List positive recommendation and service and coverage are beginning to suffer. However, we had a negative experience with them and are not impressed with Angie's List thus far.

They were very good and I would recommend them to anybody.

Neglian Construction repaired the fascia on my entire house. They did this by installing trim coil to cover up any gaps and replaced the rotten wood as needed. - they were quick to come out and provide an estimate. (which was accurate) - the quality of work was great. - the crew was professional and cleaned up. I would not hesitate to use Neglian Construction again.

I was put in touch with the gutter specialist right away. He took our home inspection report and walked the entire roof and house and addressed each item thoroughly. All items plus some additional items he found were repaired along with cleaning all gutters and installing gutter caps within 2 working days and about a week after my initial call . The final price was as quoted. Never tried to sell additional services. Was informative about the gutter product and all warranties.

Communication of the request for a bid was done both on the phone and the internet. The company used both email and phone very efficiently. I requested a bid on my job and they performed it quickly and provided a written bid for the work to be performed. I need to have ARB approval and the company support this process along with providing documentation to my insurance company for reduced insurance rates. They schedule the work and in the interim there was a bit of a storm at which time they call me to see if they need to cover my roof for me. They are very professional, communicate extremely well and execute on a timely basis.
