Description of Work: Replaced entire roof after tree fell on house . Excellent response to our call , quick with estimate and even helped us by suggesting we have State Farm come out for an estimate before removing Tree or starting work . They climbed on roof and covered the exposed area until the insurance company could do an estimate and they did an excellent job and clean up . Very reliable and their price was much better than another estimate I had gotten .

We did respond to [member name removed]'s request for an estimate to repair damage to his chimney. Apparently he did not like our suggestions on how to best go about the repair and/or the price we quoted for the repairs. Description of Work: Reroof home, they did a fair job just a bit expensive. Made the mistake of paying in full before they came back to finish up some issues with the flashing and nailing.

When a customer is in need of our services their are a number of ways to contact us. The most popular way still seems to be by calling our main office phone number (904) 247-3777. Unfortunately this phone line gets a heavy volume of calls and often times if we are one the line with another call the person gets routed to our voice mail box. We check our voice messages regularly and try to respond within an hour of receiving the message. Apparently this customer called and left a message and got no call back so she has given us an "F". We apologize for her inconvenience but we do not have a record of the voicemail. It is possible that the message was accidentally deleted or never received in the first place do to some technical glitch. If you do not hear back from us please try again. Description of Work: I signed an agreement with a local roofer to make repairs in June 2012. After repeated calls, and additional damage to my interior, the contractor finally came to my home and slathered black gooey tar all over my roof making it impossible to use. After repeated calls through August, I finally gave up. I consulted Angie's List, found and contacted Neligan Construction Co. The contractor came that same day. I was emailed an estimate the following day. I agreed to the proposal, and work began and finished the following week. Including the difficult job of removing all the excess tar the other contractor applied. The roof looks brand new. I am very pleased with Neligan Construction. Thanks to your list! Description of Work: We got 3 estimates on our roof for multiple leaks we were having. The first contractor said we needed a completely new roof, the second contractor said he could fix it for $2000. Dave from Neligan came and gave us an estimate for $450. He came and did the work when he said he would. Did a great job and cleaned up after himself. We've had no trouble since. I will be using them again in the future.

There are some occasions, especially after heavy rain events, where we become extremely busy and although we try to respond to everyone who calls us for an estimate every once in a while one may "slip through the cracks". When the member initially called there was nobody in the office. The call was forwarded to my cellphone as part of our 24 hour emergency service. I took the call and wrote his adress and phone number on a nearby peice of paper as I was in my truck. Unfortunately the next day when I tried to find the information needed to go to his house to complete the estimate, I could not find the peice of paper that I had recorded his info on. I have made an effort to see that customer info is not lost in such a situation again. My apologies to the member. Brian Neligan
