MOORE'S SAND & SEPTIC

I called this morning in a panic as my bathroom flooded. Mike came out right at the time promised. He is amazing and so very kind! My pump was shot and it was replaced in a timely manner!! Thank you so much Mike!!!

I called Moore's Sand and Septic this morning when I noticed our toilets were not flushing right and knew something had to be done. Heather answered the pone immediately she was very attentive asking questions to see what my needs were she was very professional, she told me Ben would be right out I was very pleased at the quick response. Ben was a very pleasant and professional young man explained everything to my husband and I about what he was going to do he answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend Moore's Sand and Septic to anyone looking for assistance with their septic system.

The guys, Charles and Ben, came first thing this morning. I explained what was going on in the downstairs toilet. As the men were digging, checking power to the pump, they were sharing what could be the possible problem - hoping for me it wasn't major. But it was. Charles explained my pump options, costs, what they would be doing when installing the pump, how the pump was suppose to work. I so appreciated the time he spent to explain how the system runs and answering questions I had. Very patient, not in any hurry to get done and get going to next job. Their time was my time and knowing that I can call later if I have other questions, very comforting. I will ALWAYS call Moore's Septic, they make me feel like I'm family and are here to take care of me.

A clogged toilet in a 1-bath house is beyond an extreme emergency. I found out that I would need septic service AFTER the plumber's visit. I didn't know who to call, and I'm so glad my first call was to Moore's. Heather immediately impressed me with her kindess. She understood the problem & arranged for service ASAP & a few hours later Moore's arrived! A "sub-code" add-on complicated what is typically a straightforward septic issue. Kylee Turner was extremely patient & understanding as he explained the various options to allow me to make the best decision. Kylee has a unique ability to think ahead & to see a situation in its entirety, not just the septic problem. Only a rare few take the time to put themselves in the customer's shoes, to explain the extent of potential disruption to the living space & give the customer the opportunity to make a completely informed decision. Kylee's insights helped me to make the best choice for the moment. He was also very generous with answering my questions about avoiding future problems. Although septic problems are expensive & stressful to deal with, it was a pleasure to work with the team at Moore's Sand-Septic.

Arrived on time, explained the work he was doing and gave us some maintenance tips for keeping the septic working well. Will definitely use again.

Changed out my Sump Pump replaced it with a Great one with a Warranty of 3years..so Happy for someone else to take care of it for a whole 3 years..and i grew up with most of them so I know they will be here...Great Job..

On time, quick & professional.

Excellent job! Arrived when they were scheduled to be here, kept us informed during the work and were very professional. We have used them before and will call them again when we need their services. We highly recommend this Company!

It went great! He was on another job when I called and said he'd get back to me and he did!. He is very knowledgeable of the area and his business. He provided me a great quote and covered the details that needed.

Same day service~clean~Extremely polite and very informative in re: to our system-J have 2 holes on ours, but you could hardly tell they had dug up the area-we put risers on them also

Was able to fix the problem without a new pump..woohoo!
