+ -1 moreInstallation was quick and the guys were prompt and friendly. They did have to come back the next day to adjust them as they were hitting the door but everything was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: They installed 2 overhead 4x8 racks over my garage doors.

+ 0 moreDan and his team were the first contractors we brought in for our brand new home. I have always wanted my garage floor professionally done and they blew us away with the results. The floor looks outstanding and the storage systems are best $ we spent. Every person/contractor that has come into our home stops and comments about the garage floor. Looks good enough to serve a picnic lunch on ! hahaha. Great work, and no pushy sales ... they don't need it. Referrals alone should be enough to keep them busy.

+ -1 moreIn 2015, we had the monkey bars storage installed in our garage. The shelves and hooks are so sturdy and help get all of our stuff off the floor. In 2016, Dan and his crew came back out and installed the flooring. It looks awesome and repels dirt/dust and keeps the garage floor clean. We are very happy with the work performed and have recommended them to all of our family/friends.

+ -1 moreFantastic job!!!! Doug, Champion and the crew exceeded my expectations. The new floor is beautiful. The attention to detail was great. They took the time to make sure every corner and crevice was covered. I have 2 AC air handlers and a hot water heater in the garage that sit very close to the floor. I am amazed how they got under these units and covered the floor. It looks like the units were installed after the floor was done. We love the color and the uniformity of the floor is perfect. Next they installed cabinets, shelves and tool bars. The quality of the equipment is way better than you can buy on your own at the big stores. You get what you pay for and these pieces of equipment are very sturdy. The installation is top notch. The crew was very friendly and interested in providing exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Monkey Bars to anyone who wants work done in the garage.

+ 1 moreI had Monkey Bars install shelving units in my garage for the crap on my floor. Initially, I had shelving on right side of the garage and storage in the overhead for bins. The wife loved it, but wanted more shelving in front of the garage. I contact Dan that night about 7:30pm and he has his guys stop by the next day to install more shelving. The wife took pics of the job and sent the pics to a friend who wanted to do something to her garage. She just loves it......I like the fact the product has a life time warranty....

Description of Work: Monkey Bars installed a polyurea floor, monkey bar shelves and bars, and custom cabinets. Dan, the owner and foreman, did a an estimate and provided recommendations for space planning. I agreed with his proposal and signed a contract. He and his crew arrived on the appointed day, and they completed the work in three days. The floor prep and coating were outstanding, and the results were excellent. I recently tested the durability of the floor when I accidentally spilled almost a gallon of gasoline. No damage at all! | |The monkey bar shelving and storage bars with hooks are the best selling point of the company's products. They have tremendous weight carrying capacities and great versatility; no one else makes a similar product. The installation was first class. | |The custom cabinets were also installed well, and their quality was much better than I expected. They have very thick shelves (more than an inch) and have a good weight carrying capacity and an excellent appearance. After the job was complete, they informed me that one of the cabinet doors had been damaged in shipment and pledged to return with a new door. | |When I returned from an out of town trip, I had a voice mail waiting for me that advised my door was in. I returned the call and waited a week with no response. When I finally reached Dan, he made an appointment for his men to come out. They arrived on schedule and installed a new door. After they left, I checked it and found that it did not fit properly. After I sent an email, a text message, and made a phone call about the door, I was able to get Dan out to check the door a week later. He attempted to adjust it but determined that it required a modified installation with special tools. He stated he would return the following Monday. When Monday came and went, I called him the next day, and after an apology, he scheduled to come out the next day. A team did arrive and fixed the door. The job is now complete. | |Despite the glitch with the cabinet door, I would use monkey bars in the future. They are a small company in high demand, and their administrative functions get overwhelmed. With that said, they have very high standards and do quality work with quality materials. Of all of the estimates I had on the garage, Dan's space planning was the most accurate. When you consider their prices are also the best, they are hard to beat.

When we originally called, we were told that it might be a week before they could come by to give a quote (which was fine), but then within 15 minutes, they called back and told us they could squeeze us in before another appointment in the area. On top of that, they scheduled us for installation within a week and a half of our order! Installation was complete in a timely manner and they helped to put the garage back together for us!

+ 0 moreI could not have been happier at the final outcome. Dan arrived exactly on time. He put the stairs in our attic above our garage. He placed molding around the stairs. This part of the job was done so very professional. He then put up the bars and shelves around both walls in our garage. I could not have been happier with the work he did. He even worked with us to place everything in the attic space, on the upper shelves and placed everything on the hooks. It looks exactly like I saw in the pictures he sent us. When he showed us what the before and after you are sometimes a little skeptical, but after the job I am a believer. I would hire Dan in a second for any future jobs. The before and after in our garage is amazing. Everyone in Florida should use him and get back their garage for its intended purpose.
Description of Work: Dan and his other person added Monkey bars on both sides of our garage. He also installed a set of stairs into our attic space and placed plywood down in our attic space for storage. He set up the garage organization has per our specifications we talked about last week.

+ 0 moreDan and his two-person team arrived on time on a Saturday morning (actually 30 minutes early impressively), explained what they were going to do, were precise and careful in all their measurements, and did the job to beyond the stated standard and exceeded our expectations both in terms of the process and the product. They answered all of our questions and provided recommendations on how to set up the system, removed the "junk" we set aside for either donation or trash (old paint, etc), and organized and arranged our remaining garage items with great effect. The ceiling storage unit as an impressive amount of storage space as well. We never felt pressured to buy a particular set up or amount of monkey bars. Thanks Dan!

+ 0 moreThis was the most pleasant experience from the start of the first phone call to schedule an estimate, all they way to having the work done. Dan the owner, and his assistant, Champ, were fantastic. They worked hard for two days on my garage. I know the price might scare you, but this is not the stuff they sell at Home Depot. The first day, Dan and Champ prepared my garage floor by filling in any cracks then sanding down the concrete so that the polyurea flooring would adhere properly. They also went up about 2 feet around the whole garage of the sides with the flooring. Really nice. They installed all of the storage units for above storage and hanging storage. They returned on the next day to apply the final seal unto the garage floor. I am so happy with it. It looks beautiful, and now I have a place for everything. I had a 10 X 10 storage unit and was able to get everything into my garage, and I have nothing on the floor. I now can park both of my cars into my garage and have plenty of space to walk around in this small two car garage. Just wonderful! Highly recommend MonkeyBars of NE Jacksonville, and Dan.
