Description of Work: I hired this company for lawn mowing, tree trimming,edging, weeding. The first visit they didn't bring the necessary equipment to complete the work, and didn't edge which I was assured came with the mowing. I had gone over a plan to trim two trees growing together in an arch (which had taken years to grow) with a lawn tech. They massacred the trees to 5ft stubs.

Description of Work: This company's lack of knowledge combined with complete lack of caring, ruined our lawns. We had been using them for many years and had many problems over that period of time. Last summer we noticed the lawns (about 2 acres) were starting to look like there was a serious problem. They were starting to die in many areas and the areas that were not dead were becoming overrun with weeds...... and the problem was getting worse each month. We spoke to the technicians every single time they were here, called the company many times, etc. Finally this March I requested, again, that the owner come out and look at the situation. When he showed up he did say that it did in fact look like there was a fungus problem and that they had been using the wrong type of spray!!! Can you even imagine? He then proceeded to claim that the problem was caused by a malfunctioning sprinkler system!!! We obviously fired them. The company we hired (Mr. Mow It All) has completely saved our lawns. The results were evident almost immediately. Oh yeah....by the way, we still have the same sprinkler system, which has not been modified in any way.
