+ -1 moreBought an unfinished home, and were referred to Bill Lanni by our neighbors. From the first contact on, we were impressed by Bill professionalism, knowledge of construction, and eye for details and style. Works took a little longer than expected (but hey it is the construction field, where we had to rely on sub contractors too), but every time his foreman Chris contacted us to inform us of the delay. That way we did not loose time waiting for nothing. We are very happy with the end result of their craft man-ship.
Description of Work: Inspection of foreclosed property, where previous builder stopped works suddenly. Everything had to be double-checked, to see if it was up to code and build well. For example: windows and doors were only attached with 1/4 of the normal amount of screws, dishwasher was not attached to countertop, some plumbing connections were loose etc. Bill Lanni and his crew picked-up on everything, and finished all details as it should have been. Then there was a big unfinished space above the garage; which Bill's crews finished per our ideas, but completely in the same style as the rest of the house. Were added: 1 bath room, 1 recreation room, 2 offices and 2 bed rooms, after adding 7 more windows to provide natural light to the new spaces.
