Karen did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We found her during a vacation visit to the area and she immediately began emailing me listings on a weekly basis. We ended up moving from Chicago to Florida more quickly than expected, and she worked to find us an interim rental home because we did not know the exact area where we wanted to live. She then worked tirelessly with me to identify areas that would appeal to us, making suggestions and really listening to what we wanted. She really listens to what her clients tell her, which made narrowing our search much easier. Once we identified the area where we wanted to live, Karen showed (and re-showed) us lots of houses to give us an idea of what was available. She has lived in St. Augustine for many years and really knows the area and the market. She provided great advice about the homes that interested us, asking questions and providing information that we wouldn't have otherwise known about buying homes in Florida. Once we had found a home and made an offer, she stayed right with us through the entire process, making sure we knew about insurance issues and even who to call to set up the utilities. Her low-key, tireless approach to assisting clients made her a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the St. Augustine area.

She knows so much about the outselling a condo. She knew so much about what's going on in the complex because they have issues of monthly fees, and special assessment. She knew what was selling around me and the prices. She is extremely knowledgeable. The owner was out of town and some repairs needed to be done to get inside of the cell. She lined up the people to make the repair and saw that it was done. She really did a lot to help me, being out of the way to handle things for me. She is very personable and professional.
