 + -1 moreJWK had been recommended by our appliance dealer. And it's quite possible based on a respected recommendation the company is capable of quality work. However not answering the telephone in that business tells me all I need to know. The appliance repair division of All American Air was responsive, fairly priced, on the spot, persistent and competent.
Description of Work: Emergency on weekend. They do not even answer the phone.

 + -1 moreThe person answered the phone with an "annoyed.....yeah...! He was extremely unprofessional and I recommend JKW be struck from your list. The representative had no professionalism, was unpleasant, and flat out rude. Wrong message. Don't use this company.

Description of Work: They showed up on time. He said I needed a replacement part. They ordered the part, I paid him and he return in a few days and put on the |part. Then he came back and said that something else was wrong and that would be an additional amount of cost to $400.00. I said if I had known at the beginning that it was going to cost this much I would not have had the |first part put on because I could get a new machine for that price. So I am out $290.00 for a washing machine that doesn't work.
