JIM WATSON WALLPAPERING

Description of Work: Owner/contractor was hired to perform a small job - a guest bathroom - remove wallpaper, mud the wall where necessary, sand the mudding and paint with paint we provided. My husband had already removed the light fixture in the guest bathroom as a new one was being purchased. At the end of Mr Watson's work, it was night, so we could not see the end result and the next morning my husband & I left for an extended trip. When we returned we saw how inadequate of a job was done. First, the mudding was NOT SANDED, you could see where the application of the mud was spread; 2nd the paint had gotten on the baseboard and wiped away. But unfortunately the paint is a dark color and the baseboard is white so you can see the swipe of the dark paint where they tried to wipe off the dark color; 3rd the dark wall paint extended onto various parts of the white doorframe and baseboard. My husband sent him an email but Mr Jim Watson never responded.

Description of Work: Jim came to paint two bathrooms. I don't remember the price.
