Woke up to find my dog had gotten sick and most likely destroyed our downstairs carpet....it was everywhere. My little Bissel cleaner wouldn't put a dent in the stains. New to the area, I joined Angie's List and started calling folks. No one could help me out until the next day except Jack. I didn't ask for a quote. I was just glad he showed up. The price stung. $280 for what he said was 700 sq ft. I just see 3 rooms for $99 advertised a lot and thought it would be around half of what he charged. But I don't really have anything to base it on considering I didn't get any other quotes. He charged something like 35 cents a square foot plus $40 for an enzyme. However, Jack did a fabulous job and I don't have to buy new carpet.

The owner's name is Jack Williams. He does carpets, windows, upholstery, tile and grout, and rugs too. He offered a discount for multiple rugs. They have a set price usually depending on the size of the rug. He picked up the rugs, took them with him, cleaned them up, and got them back. He helped me move the furniture. He was very helpful. It was great. He was very responsive. He was prompt when he came out to give me an estimate. There was no pressure to do it. He discussed the types of rugs because they were all different; some were wool, some were silk, and some were a combination of fabrics. He discussed with me about their cleaning process, how long it will take, and how they use different types of hangings and careful cleaning methods. He did this job within a week. He ensured that it was all to my satisfaction before he left. I was very satisfied. There was no pricing problem and no timing issues. Everything came out very well. His price was better than the other guy in Jacksonville. He was very nice, polite, and professional. I will have them clean up my carpets next.
