He did not pull a permit (my bad for not making sure he did) and his workers (he was never on-site for the work) installed the balusters with 5-1/4" spacing in between, when code is 4" (my bad for not noticing this before I paid him; my HOA board was kind enough to tell me afterwards). He will not return my phone calls about this. He was incredibly difficult to get a hold of to begin with, and now I regret that he did call me back to get the work. Do yourself a favor, even if you have to pay a bit more and wait a few more weeks, hire a reputable contractor, not Don Baker Construction a/k/a GuttersPlus in St. Augustine.

Description of Work: ive had LEAKS on the CORNER as cut side to short so when it rained the caulking dripped through the bottom and stretched all the way to the ground! We called and 4 months later they showed up to fix it but only added caulking and wouldn't put new piece on side short as was told they would do and owner YELLED at me on PHONE and CUSSED My WIFE OUT and said that's all we are doing and if it leaked again I'm NOT GOING ANY WHERE and week later it LEAKED and he will NOT C OME OUT or RETURN OUR CALLS!, HE IS NOT PROFEESIONAL and DOSENT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!!

+ -1 moreThey removed and replaced approximately 250 feet of gutter. They are awesome. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and did it well. The owner and crew kept us informed, they were friendly, professional, punctual, and hardworking. The installation was fast, the crew was quiet but worked hard the whole time, and left the place clean. Prior to installation, we made several calls to the owner with follow up questions. He was always professional, patient, and helpful. Description of Work: Gutter's Plus is an extremely professional company. They perfomed an on site evaluation and provided a written cost for the job. I paid the amount they quoted. They were polite, courteous, skilled, and friendly. They arrived when they said they would arrive. I would give them the highest recommendation possible. If you need to use any service they provide, I would seek them out....you cannot go wrong!
