Glen Collard Painting

Description of Work: Glenn has done multiple projects for me spanning several years, and he has done several thousands of dollars of work for me in that time. I have found him to be trustworthy, fair, personable, willing to help, and an all around great guy. He always worked with my schedule. For interior jobs, I provided house keys and he worked on his own with consideration of my cats and my belongings. He will also help with color choices. Over the years, he has done exterior paint of a two story stucco house, a one story stucco house, multiple inside rooms with trim, interior garage, kitchen and bathroom cabinets (inside and out!), closets, interior and exterior doors, and pressure washing of houses and driveways. He handily dealt with problem rooms I had with mold stains on the walls, he cleaned up after himself, and was even willing to help me with other non-painting projects. The most recent project in June 2012 was painting the inside of my kitchen cabinets and drawers. He did this meticulously and I was thrilled with the outcome. No need to look for another painter, Glenn is your guy! Five Stars!

Description of Work: He painted the exterior of my home.

Description of Work: Collard Painting pressure washed my house, driveway, walkways, patio, and roof. They also painted all the trim on the outside of my house, including old window frames with mullions. Touch-ups on the body of the house as needed.
