+ -1 moreWe came for several days in May 2012 and saw properties with Nancy Barnes Huppert to get a sense of what the market was like. We returned in August 2012 to continue the search. At all times Nancy was gracious and took us to see many properties that were within the parameters we had set ahead of time. Our parameters were always respected. We made a decision for a property. She helped us to think through negotiation issues and of course accompanied us in the purchase process. Post-purchase she was kind enough to lend us certain items while we waited for the arrival of our personal effects. She provided us with names of some service providers. We are very satisfied with her and her company's assistance.
Description of Work: Real Estate services to locate and guide the process for the acquisition of a property meeting our criteria.

+ -1 moreWas not satisfied with the work of the recommended house inspector. My suggestion to recommend a different inspector for future clients was dismissed.
Description of Work: Served as replacement realtor. Her interest and service was only average. Perhaps to be expected from a relatively inexpensive house but disappointing.
