Florida Pest Control - Saint Augustine

Before Mark (our technician) comes he calls every time and asks if any special issues. If so, he works especially there. Very thorough, even uses a brush to dislodge spiders under eves and in pool enclosure. NEVER a chemical smell, and we have been assured (and believe) the treatments are fuly save for us and the environment. As weather became cooler this fall we began to see a lines of tiny ants inside and on outside walls of the garage. Called Mark and the same day arrived and provided effective treatment. No cost for call backs. And always a smile and positive attitude We started using Florida Pest Control in 2005 when we has a very bad problem with carpenter ants inside the house. Our then current pest control company was unable to get rid of them. A neighbor said he had the same problem and Florida Pest knew how to eradicate. Their treatment took about a week to work but we have not seen another carpenter ant. As a result, we also changed our termite protection to Florida Pest Control. We trust these people completely and would leave a door unlocked in case interior treatment needed and we were not there.

I had three trees sprayed. I was not happy with the young man that did it but I was happy with the result on one tree, the other two trees continued to get contaminated. I could not seem to convince anybody else to come back and finish the job. I have always been pleased with Florida Pest Control until last spring. It was a young kid who came out last spring and I don’t think he was interested in doing it. There is not much population where we are living. We are surrounded by fields. The older guy who does the other homes does a fantastic job. They are extremely reasonable for the sizes of the trees that I have. The first few times that I had it done, they sprayed from top and worked all the way down and also the area all around it. They hoisted poison hazard signs all around the property. They educated us that letting animals out was not alright. The older man did that. That was excellent. They usually respond immediately and are very punctual. I would be more than glad to use them anytime; but next time I would ask for the older gentleman to be sent.

Florida Pest Control is very thorough. They are reliable and show up when they are supposed to.
