+ -1 moreThey are very difficult to communicate with and unethical . Davidson property management has ruined our lives with the lies, manipulation and bullying. They did not disclose we have black mold throughout our unit at the legends. They didn't fix it either in the two years we have been living there and blame it on the owner. The agent told all repair men that I am not the owner so don't speak to me about any issues, repairs or problems but I live there. They placed a lock box on my door without permission while still living there. Be very cautious when searching for a reputable real estate agent or management company because they are not it!! Stay away from Davidson Property especially in WGV.
Description of Work: They are not forth coming and very sneaky about business.

The realtor has gone above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor should do, even on her day off. She was reaching out to see if there's anything she can do to help. She has been a lifesaver during this whole process.
