Visited and hung out in office a while while they made me a custom hose. I was very impressed with everyones attitude, direct, honest, friendly. I felt like I was back in old st augustine before computers when folks had time to honestly talk with one another. Steve talked about how his dad started the business in the 50's. They are very real nice honest folks, I hope folks appreciate a old st augustine business run by very nice people

Been doing business with this company for 21 years this December. Called them on Dec 24th to let them know to pick up an empty tank, they said leave it by the gate. Tank was placed inside first set of gates, close to street. Guy shows up this morning (12/26) and takes tank but also proceeds to let himself into my second gate/into my yard, walk around back and take the regulator off of my current tank (from another company) without my permission and with me asking him to leave. The regulator is my property, not one we rented from them. I informed him of that and asked him to leave my property, he refused to leave and got very nasty and threatening, and started yelling and took it anyway. He told me to call his dad - Steve, the owner! I told him I'd call the police if he didn't leave, he told me he was leaving and he wasn't coming back! He then left with the tank and my regulator. He had another guy with him, who had his entire face covered by a baseball cap and bandana, so I literally have no idea what he looked like. I called the police but unfortunately I no longer have the receipt so I'm out of luck. Courtesy Gas will never have my business again, they just lost a 21 year customer.

We have a propane tank underground that we leased from them since we bought our home 15 years ago. We are building on and needed the tank moved to the backyard. We scheduled the date for it to be moved. They never showed and never called. We called then and they said sorry we will reschedule a new date. We did. On the second date they were supposed to be here between 9am and 12 noon. No show again. Called the office and was told they would be out soon. It was after 2:30pm before they showed up. They dug up the tank and moved it to the backyard. They made a mess of the yard and did no clean up. They left a big uneven messy pile of sod, rock, and dirt. It took my husband 2 days of digging and raking to get the ground evened out. Very poor workmanship on their part. They gave us no break on the price of gas even though we have been a customer of theirs for 15 years. If they did'n't own the tank, I would never do business with them again.
