Description of Work: I would highly recommend Bill and Amy for all your carpet cleaning. I sent an email on 9/3 and Bill called within the hour to schedule an appt to look at my carpets. I'm in the process of moving and after the furniture was removed I found some old stains. Bill came out the next morning and advised what they could do and how much it was going to cost. I agreed and he was able to have a crew out that afternoon! They were on time, professional and did exactly what Bill promised. Honesty, professionalism and a great job goes far in my book. Description of Work: Very pleased with the results. We had the tile cleaned and the grout painted, and it made our floors look brand new. Would definitely use their service again. The results are well worth it. It changed the entire look of the room. They were very professional to work with, yet made us feel right at home in our new home. That is one of the most important things to me outside of the service itself, is to feel at home with the people in my home. I knew our home was in good hands.

Description of Work: Bill Witherspoon uses a natural, environmentally safe, chemical-free process to clean all the carpets. They come in, pre-treat for spots, and they are done in 2 hours or less.

Description of Work: First I called the company and Amy picked up the phone. She was warm caring and efficient and she answered all my questions. I told Amy that I wanted her to clean our rugs. We live in a two bedroom townhome and I assured her that we would not move any furniture. I told her that I found her name on Angies List and that is why I called. We received a 10 & off our bill. The company is family owned and they use Orange Citrus which is wonderful.The process they use does not soak your carpets. One thing about this process is that my husband and I have lung disease and there is no harsh chemical to send us to the hospital. Every home should use this process on their rugs, especially children with ashma colds allergies . The day the man came in he started in our bedroom. He sprayed the cictrus on our rugs and used something like a steam mop. He then came into the great room dining bedroom and halls using and back and forth he went. It took him about 2hrs and when he left the house smelled so wonderful. The rugs were dried in about an hour.. Chris and I have been married 40yrs coming in Dec and we have two grown kids with four grandchildren .Our rugs have taken a beaten and we were thinking of putting in new carpet. In fact we went to lowes and ordered new carpet. We got home and I called and canceled the new carpet Why because the Amy company can come in every two months and make my carpets look great again. In fact they came again in March 2011/ Did a great job again! They came again May 2011.
