Burney's Septic was awesome. I was frantic because my toilet was backing up and had to go to work. I called before they were opened and a person named Rodney answered. He was so nice and professional told me not to worry they would be there today and everything would be done before I got home. I got home no mess and everything was fine. Karen who works in the office even gave me a discount for being a front line person at a hospital. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thank you again Burney's....

The office couldn't give us an exact time and my wife was worried, but Kevin showed up and was excellent! Solved the problem, new pump, and MY WIFE IS HAPPY!

Went well. Experience driver/operator and a trainee/helper. Called ahead, got here promptly weren't here for more than a half hour, all told. spotted a problem; suggested a fix; I'll definitely use them again.

They were prompt and professional with regard to providing the estimate and installing the septic tank. They also offered the best price.

There were some issues on the big part of the project. A cable was cut and took a while to get it fixed but overall we were happy with the results and found Burney's to be a good partner to work with and we will continue to utilize them for our septic tank needs.

,Rodney, an employee of Burney's changed our septic pump. He and all of the employees of Burney's are professional and very helpful. We had major work done in April, 2013, by Burney's to replace dosing tank. Now, in June, 2014, the toilets made a bubbling noise and although my husband said, and quot;Oh, it's probably nothing,and quot; I called Burney's. So glad I did. Rodney came out and switched out the bad pump. They honored the warranty and replaced the pump. Couldn't ask for better service. Everytime I've called Burney's, everyone has been so nice and they have sent someone as soon as they could. The workers, like Rodney, are courteous, professional, and never stop working. I will always call Burney's.

Called to request a same day visit after sump pump alarm sounded. They advised that they would call when service technician was on the way. As promised, they called prior to the arrival of the technician. Upon inspecting the sump pump, the technician advised that we had a bad alarm box and recommended replacement, but also gave other options. After considering the options, the technician was authorized to replace the bad alarm box, and promptly performed the service.

After a rough start because of having located a neighbor's irrigation well close to the property, the layout was remeasured, the hole dug, the old drainfield removed, the new one installed. Although we had to lose a tree because of the modification, that was not Burney's fault or responsibility. No problems, work done in one day.

I am a first-time septic tank owner and know nothing about them. I was having a problem with fixtured in my home draining properly and sometimes the toilets would bubble if I was consuming water in another fixture. Given my ignorance, Burneys could have taken me to the bank. You'd pay anything to keep what's in the septic tank from coming back into your home, right? Well they didn't. They did a lot of work to locate the entry into my tank as it was not marked. When they found it, they discovered my pump was not working. Instead of recommending a replacement pump, they were able to fix the one I have. All for a $125 service call fee. That was the best $125 I've ever spent. I know when I have to call them for something more serious, that they are an honest company I can trust.

The septic tank at our rental property was not draining, so we called Burney's and requested them to come out and pump it out. It was on a weekend and they promptly came out and drained the tank. We were grateful that they responded so quickly, which is important to us because we are from out-of-state, and our schedule was tight. Unfortunately, when we returned a few weeks later, the septic tank backed up again. We thought that we had a major problem. It turned out that the output access was clogged with dirt and roots. Once that was removed, the septic tank drained normally. I wish that Burney's had lifted the lid on the access and cleared the clog, so the tank would not have backed up a second time.
