I was very disappointed with my experience with Brock Fence. The guys who came out to do the work were very slow - they were repeatedly told by their boss to hurry up. Their work was sloppy - they didn't remove some of the foundations from the previous fence as promised, a number of picket boards were cracked or nailed in wrong. Their idea of anchoring the fence posts is to pour dry sakrete in a small hole in the ground around the 4x4 for an 8' fence. They never leveled the ground on either side of the fence or cleaned up all the extra nails, garbage and tags from the wood - we spend hours cleaning up their mess. They assured us we had a one year warranty that covered the fence. Ten months later, after Irma blew through, the corners separated and the fence is leaning in several directions. It took three weeks to get someone out here. The owner, Kevin, finally came by and said it's not covered under warranty. In my opinion, they seemed excellent at getting my money, but did poor workmanship, used very thin boards for pickets and did not stand behind their product. Looking back, I should never have used them - it was way more difficult than it needed to be.

We met with him twice and he's tremendously recommended because he's very knowledgeable and very professional. I recommend him too. We might go with him. He has a good choice of material, give good recommendations in the neighborhood. He knows his stuff and he's very easy to talk with.

John & John From Brock Fence arrived @ 8:30 AM and did the job in a timely manner with no problems. Kevin did the estimate and was very punctual and cooperative. Very Good Experience.

Met with owner to discuss work to be done. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to keep in touch by phone for scheduling. His workers arrived on time and started work immediately - they worked until the job was done and cleaned the area.

Excellent quality and workmanship. You do have to follow up consistently with the owner to keep him on task and document commitments made. Nice guy with good intentions, but maybe has a lot going on.

I only had a basic idea for a fence that would provide privacy on two sides and a lake view on the third side. The owner came out and spent time finding out what was important to me and helped me design the perfect fence. The installer implemented the design perfectly! The finished product was even better than I thought it would be. He spent a lot of time making sure that the fence was perfect before he left. I was really impressed with the whole process, including the price. I have already recommended Brock fence to my friends and neighbors. A great experience.
