Hurricane Matthew ripped my carport off and Mr. and Mrs. Outley worked with me through all the negotiations and angst. They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. Their men were punctual, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were most respectful. My new carport is 100% better than the old one. I cannot give the Outley's a better review than an A but would if I could.

project went very smooth. had a crew of 2 they had very good equiptment,and they knew how to use it.very professional and accuate with measurements.used 6x6 post and stainless steel fastners. very satisfiedwith there work.

We had some communication issues at first, that led to a very sour taste in my mouth. Ultimately it was revealed to be a wrong phone #. I was doing most of my communication thru email with the office manager, and the installer was calling my phone to set up the service date. After that was discovered, and we were able to communicate more readily I was extremely happy with their service. They gave me a due date, and were prompt and professional.

They did great. After reading the review I did earlier on the screened porch they did for me, I wanted to say they never showed up TOO early as to wake the neighbors and the guys were curteous not curious(thank you spell check!) Very professional company, excellent work done, I cannot wait to find another project for them!!!!! It is often hard to find companies with the work ethic of yesteryear, but this company has that ethic and then some.

They built a beautiful screen enclosure for my porch. It is exactly what I wanted. The gentlemen who did the work were very curious, never showed up to early, and had the project done in a day and a half. I plan tho have The Outley's put on my gutters, also. I cannot wait to sit out on my newly enclosed porch this evening and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Thank you!!!

Quality of the work was excellent and price was very reasonable. Workers were on time, efficient and neat, cleaned up at the end of each workday and did their best to minimize disruption. The site foreman did a great job of making the design work on site, including recommending some changes that suited our needs better than the original design. Very pleased with the finished product. Only criticism is that getting the work scheduled after the deposit was paid took longer than it should have, and the office staff failed to respond to several phone calls and emails for a period of a couple weeks. They were very apologetic when they did contact us though, and subsequently scheduled the work to start at our convenience. Once the work was started, it proceeded quickly, with workers showing up on the job every work day - no jumping from job to job. Overall, we're very satisfied, and would certainly recommend Outley to anyone considering a similar project.
