+ -1 moreGreat job done on all phases. Had to be patient because all of the lanai contractors are very busy with jobs scheduled two months in advance. Well worth the wait because they did an excellent job and were complete some phases earlier than anticipated.
Description of Work: Foundation; extended pavers of existing lanai; and bird caged the extended Lanai tying it into the existing roof facial.

+ 0 moreScheduling went smoothly. Provider was especially courteous and professional. He solved one problem that arose without me needing to ask. Because of decorative stones that had been added after the original installation, there was not room to attach the new screens. He raised the bottom section which looked beautiful and prevented the alternative which was to remove the decorative stones. I am very pleased with the final product.
Description of Work: Provider replaced screens and screen door on a large porch. Also replaced rusted screws.
