I called to have someone come look at my AC Unit, I had an issue caused by another company who was going to pay for the repair, I gave the "Owner" the persons phone number so he may get the info needed to collect the payment at the end of the job, the "Owner" said he could have someone out here at noontime, I called back at 1130 to make sure I was still on time for the person to come out and look at my AC Unit, I was told that the Owner could not get in touch with the other company, I asked why the Owner could not call me back and let me know this, the owner got all huffy and said I could call someone else. must be nice to be able to upset customers. On a side note I called the cell number for this other company, he picked up and said no one tried to call him, Not only is this the worst customer service I have ever got, but they lie as well.

When we bought the house we called for a maintenance check and were advised there was an unused maintenance contract in effect which got us full service for a year. Impressed that All Comfort was honest enough to tell us our home had the credit from the previous owner. Service technician called to advise he was running a little late. Also called enroute to our house. Courteous,knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything thoroughly. Price seems fair. Will defintely continue to use All Comfort.

Promptly replaced unit. Has returned about every 3 months for routine maintenance and cleaning. Replaced coils once because of link. Everything covered by warrantee.

I spent about $250 on their services. They did a pretty decent job for me. I also have a maintenance contract with them. I will be using them again in the future because I've signed a maintenance agreement for one of my properties. So they'll be coming out two more times. Their price was okay.

They ran a $30 special for a heating and a/c maintenance checkup.The technician that came out was excellent. He was nice, professional, and thorough. I even called the company to let them know what a good technician he was.
