A Miracle Landscapes

Richard, the owner, of A Miracle Landscape LLC, was very precise in communicating exactly what he was going to do. He was very exact in fulfilling what he promised, and the contract called for. I will say that he was very conscientious in making sure that everything at every step along the way met or exceeded my expectations Lavoy Middleton

Absolutely awful. The sod he brought was dead then when asked to fix it took over 3 months for him to come back out. Once he came back out he did not fix any of it. Did not properly install the sod, literally just laid it on top of the mulch he was supposed to take out. Then he left the water irrigation waterline just laying on top of our sod, didn’t even bother to place it under the sod. Took months for him to respond and constantly got an attitude when asked to come fix it. He would never come to the house when someone was there, he made sure to come when nobody was home so we could not speak to him. Absolutely unprofessional.

Well I have to say until the first rain it looked great sort of. He used blue tarps instead of landscaping cloths to block weeds. Once it rained because he did not do like he said he was going to do and dig out the previous bushes he just cut them down with a chain saw there were mounds of mulch that just washed down onto my sidewalk (like i told him would happen) showing the blue tarps. I have had to continuously add more mulch and pine straw (in the back yard) to cover the blue tarps. It now looks awful. The plants were not purchased from the reliable local landscape company he said he was going to buy them from but someone I never heard of all the crotons are now dead and I have had to nurse several of the Indian Hawthorns to keep them alive.

Richard did a wonderful job. He knew exactly what I would love. He made my yard amazing and had neighbors talking.
