+ -1 moreShe asked me to fax her the info. I typed up all the information and faxed it to her. I called her back a week later to make sure she received the information. She confirmed that she had, and said that she would get back to me. She never called me back. I have since then left messages for her and got no response.
Description of Work: I talked with Shelia Rose. When I got ahold of her, I told her what I wanted.

+ -1 moreMark arrived on time as scheduled and letting me know he was there, his crew began to cut each tree down starting at the top and cutting them to ground level. They cleaned up all the debris and left my front yard in better shape than when they arrived. They were careful not to damage the surrounding oak trees, bushes, and plants. His bill was as estimated and was 20% less than the other 2 estimates I obtained from other tree removal companies.
Description of Work: Mark and his 2 workmen removed 2 Queen Palm trees, each was about 30 feet tall. They were leaning against my house.
