We have used Jayro since finding him on Angie's list. He has been one of the two or 3 best service professionals since returning to the U.S. from living out of country 15 years. He is 100% responsive, always on time and treats emergency needs with alacrity. Unlike others pool service providers, he does NOT try to 'upsell', if anything, he has helped my husband take financial control of our pool needs so that even HE feels confident keeping our pool 'healthy' year round. I did not want a pool but can not imagine having lived here...esp. since COVID...without one, thanks to Jayro. He also KNOWS/HAS great referrals (leak detection / pool cleaning equipment)

I am the HOA president of a small condo/town home community. We contracted Sensational Pools in January after having multiple problems with our then pool cleaning company. I have nothing but praise for Jayro and his company. He found a leak that had been going on for well over two year that the previous TWO companies could not seem to figure out, and ended up saving us roughly 1k a month in our water bill. Jayro is also very conscientious and thorough. He kindly pointed out several things that would have put us out of compliance and replaced things as needed. The pool is also sparkling clean! Worth every penny. Jayro and his company have been honest, trustworthy and reliable-things that I am finding are hard to come by working withe vendors on a consistent basis. Highly recommend this company.
