FANTASTIC!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about Michael the owner and his team. It was really just a miracle I found them. I had hired another tree service but they had only done the job half way and their equipment failed so I was left on a lurch. I'm driving home after having found out that they still had equipment problems and what do I see as I'm driving down my street. Men working in the trees. I stopped and explained how the other company had failed and asked if they could do the job. They said as soon as they finished the job they working on they'd be right down. And sure enough, they got the job done despite it starting to rain even. Quite a feat if you ask me. They were quite skilled, very polite, and quick. I'm going to use them from now on.

I met Michael when he was canvassing the neighborhood handing out cards and flyers. It was perfect timing for us because we needed to have a dead tree removed. We also wanted another tree trimmed. We have two other trees that are infested with mistletoe. Michael, the owner, was very courteous and professional. He gave us a written estimate for removing the dead tree and trimming the tree in back. He took out the permits for the work and made an appointment to come and do the job. Michael and his team came early and were almost finished by the time I got home. They left our driveway and sidewalk cleaner than they found it. Not a scrap of debris was to be found and they swept out the driveway thoroughly. Same with the tree in back. They left everything clean and neat. Michael worked with us on the payments. He allowed us to pay in increments. At first, I thought that Michael did not want to help us out with the mistletoe infested trees. He just wanted to cut them down. He told us that attempting to remove the mistletoe would be "throwing good money after bad". Michael told us that it would be extremely difficult to cut out all of the mistletoe and that the tree would most likely not survive anyway. I wasn't satisfied with this, so I did some research about mistletoe and dealing with the infestation. The websites that I read indicated that removing mistletoe is extremely challenging, especially if the tree is very tall. The websites also stated that removing the mistletoe might be a case of "the cure being worse than the disease". So, Michael really was looking out for us and saved us a bunch of money. I will recommend this company to anyone! I know that we will be using their services again and again.
