Description of Work: Replaced 15 year old 40 gal electric hot water heater with standard 40 gal unit. Installed with new FL code requirements. About 3 hours to complete, including about 1 hour of unexpected ossues with old unit.

Description of Work: Called Kelley plumbing today about a toilet flange that was broken and we are laying new floor, upon getting all carpet up and them not being able to come today because new tile would not be ready. They said they would call me back and line something up, which they did. However we found a new problem appears to be roots or something growing there, excuse me but I thought plumbers handled that kind of thing, I guess just not Kelley. I in turn called Dunedin Plumbing and guess what, they will be here to fix it tomorrow along with a new drain for the shower I am redoing. No problem he (Scott) said we will see you tomorrow afternoon with curtesy call when we are on our way. I think I just found a new plumber!

+ -1 moreThey gave a quote and they stuck to the quote regardless of the parts that had to be replaced. There was a problem with the toilet first and they replaced the ring and everything else. I thought I was going to have to pay for the repair, the equipment or whatever they had to replace and asked them how much it was and they said that they quoted me $99 and that's what they stick to and they don't jack it up because it was all inclusive. I've used them before, probably 7 months ago and they are very good. This was the second time that I used them.
Description of Work: I used Kelley Plumbing. They replaced a toilet and ended up doing a repair.

+ -1 moreThey were quite responsive, we thought we had a problem but it didn't turn out to be anything. They came the very next day so I'd say they respond quite well. I would say the price was competitive.
