Mike demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in resolving my leak issue promptly. The company's responsiveness was remarkably fast. From my initial call with Hope, it was evident that their priority was to ensure my satisfaction by sending out a qualified professional. I am impressed with both his workmanship and the company's commitment to excellent customer service.

Would NEVER HIRE AGAIN. Lied about the charges, which I didn't discover until later when I received an itemized bill by email. I take some blame for allowing it to happen but that doesn't change the fact that they used deceptive practices. Quoted me prices on two items that they then actually billed at a much higher price. Broke part of the vanity in my bathroom. I had to later repair it myself. Installed a kitchen faucet incorrectly, I had to remove it and reinstall it the right way myself. I was not about to let them near any of my plumbing again. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use again.

Unfortunately, I am one of the "little old ladies" who were warned in an earlier review which I did not read in time. In December I hired Jones & Sons to install a small tub and pre-built surround in my mobile home. I thought the price was exceptionally high at close to $5400.00 but they said they could start it within the week and I was anxious to get it done. Silly me!! I assumed the price was for a completed job. I was left without molding around the tub enclosure and 3 fairly large holes in my bathroom walls. They also gave me a price to replace parts in a toilet tank for $600.00 which I declined and I had the work done 2 days later for $60.00. Jones & Sons were supposed to contact me with the number of a contractor who could complete the molding around the tub enclosure. I phoned them 2 times in the next week for that number with no response.

Extremely well. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The plumber was very thorough, keeping me informed of everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Once the work was completed, he made sure the area was cleaned. I was very pleased with both the office staff and the plumber, and at a reasonable price.

Jones and Sons Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company in the city of Tampa. They are extremely professional, keep constant communication, and truly care about the quality of their work. I will without a doubt be hiring them for any job in the future. You would be doing yourself a disservice by NOT hiring them for your plumbing needs!

Mike the plumber was wonderful as were the office staff. I knew what time he would be there and he was. He showed me pictures of the leak and offered a couple of solutions. He fixed the leak in a few minutes. I would definitely use them again and not hesitate to refer them.

I have used Jones & Sons Plumbing for many years. They are reliable and they charge a fair price. This time I had purchased two new faucets for the bathroom sinks. I was in no hurry, but the company sent James out to do the job essentially the next day. James worked efficiently and kept things clean as he worked. Both faucets and the new drain hardware were installed in a couple of hours. He then made sure everything was clean and put pieces of cardboard underneath the sinks so any drips from leaking joints could be seen. As it turned out, one of the sinks did have a leaking joint. Jones & Sons sent Mike over early the next day to make it right. He re-set the joints and solved the problem. I used to try to do these repairs by myself, but there is no need to do that anymore. The cost for both sinks' faucet installation was $198, and the work is guaranteed. I own a mobile home, and they know how to work with mobile home issues. I have used Jones & Sons for drain cleaning, water heater flushing and installation, and installation of a new kitchen sink and faucet assembly that I bought. I recommend them highly!

Excellent, Joe, the plumber was professional, clean, experienced and did a wonderful job to unclog the sink. The company sent the plumber within 3 hours or less. I highly recommend this company. Cost included a second job of a leaking bathroom sink.

We've gone with them for eight years, but the guy they sent this time was not friendly, he wouldn't' talk, he wouldn't tell me what he was doing. I had never seen this guy before. Other than that we've also had good luck with them. Their expensive, but they do good work. They always do a good job. Their on time and everything works out right. I don't know if I'll go back to them because of this guy.

First time here they replaced a small section of pipe under the toilet and said it was good. One of the workers told my wife he was starting a vapor barrier company so we hired him to do ours. Within days the barrier was falling again so that was $1200 wasted. Even funnier(?) was the when we asked for a receipt for the work we got one on a piece of scrap cardboard. Not very professional. 2nd time a small y was replaced and

Arrived on time, gave us our options for repair. Old water heater was 20 years old and we decided to replace it. The new unit was installed in less than 3 hours. That included time for new water heater delivery to house. When done with installation, tech checked that everything was in order and gave us follow up instructions. In all, the service tech was friendly, quick and efficient. I highly recommend Jones and Sons Plumbing.

This is the 4 job we have had them do for us They did the plumbing for 2 bathroom redo's, new sink, and a outdoor facet repair. Been pleased with the work and the staff they send out. Will use again. They come on time, do not leave a mess and the one time I had a minor problem they came back and fixed it without a problem Good group to use

I called them because they advertised in The Caribbean Courier, (a monthly news letter by monthly media), that stated : Where the Plumbing Bird says..."Cheap Cheap" The ad also stated 'Specializing in Mobile Homes for Over 35 Years'. The ad also stated: *Family Owned & Operated *Water Heaters * Gray Pipe * Remodel * Water Conditioning * Sprinklers * Toilets, Sinks & Faucets" I then looked them up here on Angie's list and saw that they had a good review. I am new to Angie's List so I wasn't real sure how it worked. I thought I sent a request for service estimate to them & another company but I received no replies, so I must have not done it right. I called Jones and Sons on a Monday and told the woman who answered the phone that I had leaking faucets in the bathrooms and a broken (closed) shut off valve in the laundry room that I needed fixed, I also told her about the gray pipe and she stated that was no problem. She told me that they charged $100 for the 1st hour and that it sounded like something that wouldn't take much more than an hour, if even that, BUT, I needed to go purchase new faucets because they didn't carry them on their trucks and to call back once I had purchased them to set an appointment. I never expected the faucets to cost $300! but the work needed done so I purchased them at Lowes. I called back to make the appointment and I spoke with a gentleman who said they could come out on Wednesday. On Tuesday, 3-1-16, I got a call that he had a couple of plumbers in my area that could come out. Great! They arrived between 1 & 1:15PM. I had just returned from the vet so the timing worked good for me. James arrived first and Mike arrived about 20 min. later. James said it would cost more BECAUSE I had purchased new faucets, whatever, when you need plumbing work done you really can't put it off. He did an additional handle switch out on my shower that dripped because he said 'They always have these on the truck' so I had spent $300 needlessly on new faucets, but I like them better than the standard mobile home faucets. After James finished the faucets he sat in his truck until the real worker Mike went out and asked him what he was doing? Mike had to pull out the old plumbing in the laundry and redo it as it was wrongly tapped into the hall bathroom. He did it right and I am very happy with the work. HOWEVER, I was charged 5.75 hours X 99=$569.25 Labor, they were gone by 5PM! I was also charged 263.50 for total materials! My receipt is dated 4-1-2016 but the work was done 3-1-2016. The receipt states: 1- Install 3 lavy faucets (owners) 1-install 1 pop-up (hall) 2- rerouted from lavy (hall) to Laundry washing machine with shut offs 3-Fixed (MB) shower (stems & Handles)(leaking) 4-No guarantee on gray pipe connections. Now all this might sound like reasonable pricing as they did do the work but I feel they were a little deceptive in the estimate. The woman kept down playing my problem & I kept telling her that there was a real problem, she insisted I buy my own faucets & said that they work on gray pipe all the time and it shouldn't be much over an hour, so it shouldn't be much over the $100 in labor. I paid Jones & Sons $837.75 and $300 at Lowes. As I will soon be moving from here, I didn't plan on spending that much. Mike explained that I needed to REPLACE the gray pipe and I ask for an estimate and he said it STARTED at $2,500! I was given an email address to send in comments about the experience. I e-mailed and asked about replacing the gray pipe and stated that I understand that it starts at $2,500 and asked if there was a maximum cost to see if I could really afford it. I did not receive a reply. Mike did a wonderful & honest job but I would be cautious about their cost quotes as they seem to only want to tell you the least it will cost and not what it actually will cost. Good work & I am happy with that but a tad deceptive in the cost department (in my opinion).

The water pressure from the shower head had been steadily decreasing. So, Mike replaced the tub spout and altered the length of the pipe because it had been installed incorrectly. He also cleared debris from the shower head and replaced the washer. Then he identified the kichen faucet as the source of the water leak under the kitchen sink which 2 less-than-professional plumbers had missed earlier this year and instead replaced the pipes. Mike is super fast and extremely competent. This was the 2nd time he had been at my home and I trust him to do things "right the first time".

We called the office early that morning and said that we were getting higher then usual electric bills and so thought that since the A/C unit seemed the be working OK that the water heater might use some checking. Jimmy said that he would call in a couple of hours to set up a time for us, but would get to our place that day. Sure enough, he called and asked if he drop by in about half an hour. He checked that out plus did a quick look over of the A/C unit. He then gave us a written summary of his findings and left. We have used his company for a few years now and would be hard pressed to find another that is as reliable and steady.

Reasonably priced for the work performed - very polite, friendly and professional, including the office staff (phone) and we will use them again as necessary with no hesitation. Disclaimer - We have no connection to this business beyond being satisfied customers.

They were very good, very polite, and if there was anything else that he wanted, I needed to have looked out while he was here and it was very nice. It was a very good price, I was afraid it was going to be a lot more.

I called to schedule an appointment and they came out the very next morning. They were very quick and had reasonable charges. They did a good job and were very pleasant.
