I was very pleased with the service. John trimmed a palm and cut two oak branches to have more sunlight on our front yard. Angela helped him with the cleaning when the work was done. Everything was completed in less than hour. Thank you!

John's estimate was very reasonable for what was left in my yard. My neighbor had excellent work done by him which is why I approached him to provide an estimate. I know my neighbor was very pleased with his services and the removal of 1 large tree, and clean up from 3 large ones that had large branches come down both on their home and in their backyard during a recent storm. I will say he and his staff were knowledgeable, organized, clean and conscientious of safety of personnel and passer-by on street and yard areas. They swept, racked and cleaned not only the yard but the road where yard and tree shavings and cuttings landed to the point you would have never known of all the work that was done there. I will be contacting them for my next service as I liked his professionalism and prices were great as well. Additionally they provided me information on the proper way to report the other business for poor service to the BBB and recommended to do so. He was willing to contact the people that did the mess they did himself on my behalf and other tree services - yes they left a mess - I wish my husband would have known about John's company before hiring the other one. I would HIGHLY recommend John Kashtan Lawn and Tree services.

John provided some of the best customer service I've ever received! He was very diligent about returning my calls in a timely manner and offered an estimate comparable to other tree trimming services. He recommended the same trimming that the other tree trimmers has recommended in their recommendations, but also provided advice on trees that existed in our neighbors yard, but which are a potential hazard to our home if they would fall or be subjected to strong winds. I chose him because of his motivation, professionalism and friendliness. On the day of service, he texted me several photos of the work in progress. He called immediately to inform me that he had found a broken roof tile prior to starting his trimming and inspected the tar paper to assure that it was fine and would not prevent a leak hazard. In addition, he cleaned off the roof top and gutters. He took his time and notified me when his work was complete as well as texted me some photos. I wholeheartedly recommend John and will gladly use him for future tree trimming needs. Thanks John!

He will do anything you need him to do from trimming trees, bushes or lawn and yard work. I would highly recommend him.
