I simply cant say enough about Jamie. This was my first home buying experience and it couldnt have been easier. He had an answer to every question I had and that is where his true professionalism shined. Even though we saw hundreds of "whats that smell" and "im pretty sure there should be a wall here" type houses he was still able to make the experience fun. Even after closeing he still answers all of my first home owner questions. Not only is Jamie a good choice, I know he is the BEST choice. THANKS JAMIE!!!!

We listed with Jamie after a poor experience with another agency. From the very first phone call to him, I knew he was a REAL REALTOR. He is very HONEST & PATIENT answering every question I had (there were a lot), He is very PROFESSIONAL and makes you feel like you are his only client. He gives you his HONEST opinion based on his professional experience. He was always our ADVOCATE. He gave 110% in promoting our property in several listing sites. We had EXCELLENT RESPONSE from all his work. We reluctantly had to remove the property from the market, for now, due to unforeseen circumstances BUT WILL definately call him in the near future to sell our property and to find another. I can not say enough good things about Jamie. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMIE, HE IS A REALTOR'S REALTOR!!! HE IS THE BEST!!

Whether you are buying or selling, Jamie is the only agent you need to call. Somehow he is able to get results when no one else can. My wife and I have dealt with many realtors over the years so we know a good one when we see one. Jamie is fantastic. He is the only realtor we will deal with from now one.

Overall the experience was good. Jamie provided a lot of good recommendations to get the house listed. Provided a lot of useful information during the sale of the house. Overall, was responsive to questions posed. As with any business relationship with a realtor, we had our discussions and disagreements on some of the actions accomplished, but everything was handled in a competent and professional manner. If you don't have some disagreements with your realtor, your doing something wrong. He had good insight into the market and we feel very fortunate to have sold in 4 months achieveing a fair market sale price. Web site available to Jamie's clients is good, the virtual tour sub-contractor that Jamie deals with is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! This was one of the best virtual tour results I have EVER seen!!! Closing was a very comfortable experience, and Jamie capped off the experience by taking us to lunch afterwards to celebrate - VERY IMPRESSIVE TOUCH!!! Yes, I would recommend Jamie to someone needing a good realtor in the Pinellas County area.

Jamie was exceptionally helpful, honest and direct. He provided immediately useful guidance, and offered to provide more as needed over time. This is after we mutually reached the conclusion that he would not be able to provide the appropriate service.

Jamie told me that he wouldn't be the best person to represent the property because he was over an hour away. He then told me he would be happy to help find someone he could recommend that could. From our first contact with Jamie, we were impressed. His knowledge of the area and the market was excellent. After finally listing with him, his helpfulness in keeping an eye on the place (we're not residents of the area), meeting a mover that brought an item from the home to us, helping locate workmen to fix a few repair problems that came up, frequent "views" of the property on his website, and managing 23 showings were above and beyond what we would have expected. He proved himself to be a class act from our first contact to the day it was sold and afterward. Jamie was very communicative throughout the entire process, and we always felt we were "in the loop" as far as what was going on regarding the eventual sale of this home. I could not have been happier with this transaction. I was not sure I could sell my house quickly in this real estate market. Jamie proved my fears to be unfounded.

The speed of getting this deal approved was almost a miracle. Jamie stayed in constant contact with the listing agent to keep the transaction on track and moving forward. Jamie always kept us informed of everything that was going on and he is not scared to fight for his clients. He is also not scared about negotiating a price for the home buyer which is something that I found other realtors would rather not do.

We flew down to Florida to look at homes. Mr. Everett met with us and the builder to hammer out the basic purchase contract. He attended the decorating session to assist in selecting the interior colors, finishes and upgrades. He gave us helpful advice on the most cost effective items to include in our new home. He made periodic visits to the job site to monitor the builder's progress and reported his finding. He attended the final walk through to point out deficiencies in order to get them corrected prior to our closing. After the closing he continued to assist us in dealing with the builder over warrantied items including a moisture leak from a bedroom window. There was no additional cost to us for using Mr. Everett as our agent so it could not have been a better experience for us.
