Charles found a dent in the new water heater that wouldn't affect its function, brought it back to the store and got another. He spent hours patiently soldering copper pipes because we already had copper plumbing. The price was a bargain.

We had someone scheduled to install new flooring in our laundry room and needed our water heater disconnected and moved so the work could be done. After requesting plumbers contact me on Angie's list Guarding called me just a few minutes later and they were at my home in about an hour. After disconnecting and moving the water heater they recommended a new water heater as mine was over 10 years old and would probably need it replaced soon anyway and it just made sense to get the new water heater now rather than pay to have the old one reinstalled. The next day after my flooring work was done Guarding plumbing came out and installed the new water heater and did a great job. They are very friendly and courteous and do great work. Many thanks for helping us out.

Very well, work was done quickly and correctly.

Splendid. The team doing the work were all very capable, friendly processionals. The work was done with a sense of urgency so as not to inconvenience us any more that absolutely necessary. Thought was given to making choices today that would make future remodeling (cabinet replacements, etc.) easier. Surprises (not unexpected in a 40+ year old house) were addressed without delay, with alternatives explained and choices provided. We believe the value was exceptional and they will be our first call if we need anything related in the future.

He did a quick and complete install of new bathroom fixtures. Even adjusted the toilet at no charge. He was polite, on time and friendly.

Allan was on time efficient and personable. He appears to have done good work based on the product and its connection. We will confirm everything is working correctly after we have used the softener for a period of time.

It went very well. He drilled the new holes, installed the new pipes, hooked up the new sink and dishwasher. Everything was very neatly tied and out of the way, even ran an extension cord to see that the dishwasher was working order. (I had not hired the electrician yet.) I would definitely call him again.
