Stacy Kitchell and Anita Nieves started by giving us area information and emails on available properties, talked to us about determining what was important to us in our new home, took us to see every property we wanted to see and helped us finalize the deal when we found a house. After we had our new home under contract, they continued to help us with all the details, making sure all the paperwork was in order, inspections were completed, and closing dates were honored. They accompanied us to our closing, again making sure all the details were handled. After the closing, they followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly for us. We are very grateful to them for their knowledge, professionalism, and hard work.

My husband and I particularly enjoyed the Centralized Showing Services application they used, which notified us of scheduled showings and then the realtor from the potential buyer would provide feedback on the showing. All of our paperwork was completed through DotLoop, which was nice because we live out of state. Stacey and her team even took care of the small details, for example, Anita would stop by our home and insert air-fresheners before a showing to make sure our home smelled good since we live out of state and no one could do this for us. Great! We closed on our home on 4/14/2016. During the build process, if anything was out of sorts, I contacted Renee directly and she handled the issue(s) promptly. For example, we ordered a gourmet kitchen with all of the bells and whistles. It was assumed the refrigerator was included. When I realized the builder did not include it in the options list and had no intention to provide it, I reached out to Renee, and she jumped right on it. Within 10 minutes, Renee reviewed the options list, compared it to the MLS listing, found that the builder stated the refrigerator was included in the MLS Listing, sent an email to the builder providing her findings and demanded to know what refrigerator would be ordered; 10 minutes later, the builder responded with the make and model, along with the updated options list to include the refrigerator at no charge. My fiancee and I were first time home buyers when we contacted the Kitchell group in September of this year. After speaking with a few different agents, we decided to go with Stacy and her team. When my husband and I decided to put our house on the market, I didn't want just any realtor. I wanted someone dynamic, up to speed on current market patterns, and motivated to sell my property quickly.
