John is the ultimate professional. He was very responsive when I called; came out to meet us in person same day! He provided additional referrals for tree trimming and irrigation specialists that we needed. He is a local and very familiar with the neighborhood, city, and its history. I have been using Earl Cook Lawn Service for 25 years. They have always done a first class job mowing and trimming my lawn. They are the only lawn service that I am aware of that use self propelled walk behind mowers. Never had a problem with broken springler heads caused by riding mowers. They also only charge by the number of times they cut the lawn, not by the month. In the winter I have fewer mowings per month. The owner John and his crew are very professional and reliable.
