We could not be more pleased with the excellent job that CCI Painting (Richard Weinberg) did for us. Richard came out to the house and met with us to discuss options and paint colors and provided us with an excellent proposal which we immediately accepted. The work was done very professionally, windows covered and house pressure cleaned before painting and the team was very neat (unlike the previous painters). Richard has provided a 10 year warranty on the paint and quickly responded when we had a minor issue. It is nice in today’s environment to find a true craftsman in a market where there are so many fly-by-night companies. I would highly recommend CCI Painting and have recommended them to all our neighbors and will be using them again in 10 years.

Excellent! Made some outstanding suggestions on the best way to highlight the results. Not a drop of paint anywhere. Pleasant to have in and around my home. Very detailed work, a great experience and i am thrilled with the results!

Rich and his crew have not even painted the outisde of our house as yet however they have helped us with some minor interior painting. We are scheduled to have the exterior painted the first week of December. Rich is personable, honest, and hard working. We are happy to support a small business in Pinellas and for as long as I live in this area he will be my painter!

It went great. We bought a house that needed quite a bit of work. One of the things that needed to be done was exterior painting. We contacted Richard, and he came over to give us a quote. He spent a lot of time with us discussing the process, the time involved and color choices. We had to change the start date of painting due to a delay in other work that needed to be done. Richard was great and really worked with us. He and his workers did an exemplary job to the point that passing neighbors stop by and tell us how great it looks. We have had a lot of work done on this house over the past six weeks, and CCI stands out as the best of them all. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

Very well. Rich and his crew were very thorough. He did a walk around with me and we identified a few areas to touch up. I am extremely happy with the painting and detail around my new windows.

Once again, Rich and his two long-term employees from CCI Painting did a PERFECT job. Our house was expertly prepared and painted to include trim and five sets of French doors. I cannot find a single drop of paint or overspray anywhere, the cleanup was thorough and the large volume of paint chips that came off during the pressure washing were cleaned up and hauled away.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job preparing the house for painting, including patching the stucco. They pressure washed the house first and did repairs to the walls and window sills, and wood trim. Rich also gave us tips on choosing paint colors and explained the various looks we could achieve. The whole process took 3 1/2 days to complete. They took care of all the details, and we couldn't have asked for more conscientious people to paint our house. We are extremely happy with CCI Painting Services, and we highly recommend them.

It went beautifully! The job was started, and completed, as per the timeline. Rich provided us photos of the property and we couldn't be more delighted with the work. It's very apparent that CCI takes great pride and care in the work that they do. We've used Rich and CCI twice now and wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Rich and his staff met and exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We had difficulty with the color selection and ended having multiple conversations with Rich. He provided great input which assisted greatly in making an excellent decision, as the color selected, could not have been better. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and it's very obvious when you look at the end result. Once again Rich (owner and operator of CCI Painting) did a perfect job for us. The house was pressure washed, caulked, a sealer/bonding agent applied and two coast of high quality Sherwin Williams Paint was applied. In addition to painting the difficult rough surface stucco Rich painted 10 fiberglass patio doors. The house was transformed and is beautiful. Rich has two and sometimes three employees who have worked for him for many years and they all work together as a team. When the painting is finished the cleanup was amazing, every paint chip and any other stray item is raked, bagged, and evacuated from our yard.

I can see why Rich and his team are long-time Angie's List winners. They were just great to deal with from start to finish. Our house is older with a lot of architectural detail. The job included four colors and a lot of hand detail work. These people were pros from start to finish. Great attention to detail and really nice people. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them.

In short, they were great, great, great. I wrote a very lengthy, clever, and witty review weeks ago but something must have happened as it's not appearing here! So, I'll say this more quickly than last time. 1) Hire them. -Team sweet, pleasant, neighborly and all in white. Expected Mary Poppins and Dick Van **** to show up and do a little jig. -Price - Undebateably the best. Our other bidder, a top runner on Angies, was at our house finishing his bid when CCI showed up to do their bid. The first guy literally stopped writing and rolled his eyes and say "Oh, CCI? I can't compete with them." And he handed us his bid, knowing it was going to end up with CCI. So funny. And Richard with CCI was still nice as pie with him. The bid: Other top guy: 10,000. CCI: 7300. -Huge attention to detail, making things better than started, better than prior painter did. Doing bits above high windows that other painters skipped. Sanded doors that were bubbling due to ocean air. Nice and smooth now and they put a protective coat on the doors to make them last longer against ocean air. -Completely covered the house. Every door knob was covered, taped and windows were. Side benefit was, when in our kitchen, they were working outside but we weren't being "watched" thru our picture window b/c the windows were covered for the 4 day of work. -Richard: after 4 long hot days of work, he was willing to do fixes for anything we could find that needed touching. And he must have been exhausted but chatted with me in the same chipper way he did on the first day he came to do the bid. If he seems like a really nice guy who's totally geeked up about the paint job, he is. What you see is what you get - it's good. -Lots of progress checks - making sure if the darker details on house were looking ok - etc. -Started work exactly when scheduled. Scheduled work for March 28. I told my husband "you know that's an estimate, I'm sure it won't happen on that exact day, maybe that week or the next week." Well, a first for me - they called the prior week and said "as planned, we'll start work on March 28!" Amazing. Ok, this is my 2nd time typing this up - I think you've got the point!

I found CCI on Angie's List, and after reading the comments in the many "A" reviews, I called them. Rich, the owner, returned my call in a timely manner, and made an appointment to come to our house. He arrived on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time. He asked me many intelligent questions in an effort to make sure that he would be estimating the full scope of the work, and to make sure that we would be satisfied at the end of the process. He also gave me advice concerning what to consider when choosing the color. Rich then provided an estimate, which was within the amount that we were expecting, so we signed the estimate and scheduled the work. The week before the scheduled start date, Rich called and then came by to go over everything one last time. On the scheduled start date, the crew (including Rich) arrived right on time, and work began. I love that there is a woman on the crew! Joan does a meticulous job of masking everything before the painting starts. John and Russell were very careful in their work, and did not mind that I stayed around the whole time and asked many questions. Rich works with his crew the entire time, which is unusual in my experience. He even noticed a broken vent door on my chimney, and waited while I ran to the store for a replacement, which he installed. The end result is an amazing, beautiful exterior transformation of our home. The entire crew, plus myself and my husband, circled the property many times, looking for any little missed spots or things to improve. We never felt rushed during this process, and I honestly think the job is 100% perfect!

Rich and his team are top notch. They did exactly what Rich said he would do when he first quoted the job. Due to scheduling difficulties I had with another contractor, I asked Rich to reschedule the paint job twice. He accommodated my requirements by juggling his schedule and made it work for me. Rich and his crew were always personable, helpful and professional. They did an outstanding job with great workmanship and attention to detail. The fresh paint looks beautiful. I recommend Rich without reservation. He is a rare breed in the world of contractors which is frequently characterized by flakiness, delays and cost increases. If you want a job done on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality, then I highly recommend you give Rich a call.

Outstanding. Have had many services do projects. This group was absolutely top notch. -Best bid: He happened to be at our house when our 2nd painting co. arrived to do a bid. The other guy (also highly rated on Craigslist) rolled his eyes and said "Oh, this guy? I give up. I can't bid lower than him." It was true. The other guy bid 2700 more than CCI. -Richard is great: What you see is what you get, all great. If he's positive, interested, enthusiastic, energetic, and responsive in conversation during the bidding process, that's not sales, that's just him. All the way through even after working a long day in the hot sun, he'll still chat with you about the next day's details with equal cheer. -Scheduling perfection: He estimated work to start March 28. I blocked out that whole week on our schedule as "possible start week for painting - but not likely" b/c my husband and I are accustomed to work dates moving immensely due to weather. However, Richard phoned mid-week the prior week and said "We'll be there first thing Monday, March 28 as planned to start with the washing and prep of your house." Amazing. They were there as planned. -Work week: Day 1: One team member arrived. I'd cleared much but he moved a lot of our lanai furniture that I'd not gotten to. Washed entire house and bird cage of pool, which was a bonus. Days 2-4: Painting of house. Richard and I talked periodically to ensure details were good (choosing which features on house to emphasize with our accent colors). I loved that when there was a small bit of detail painted the wrong color, Richard just said "I painted this the wrong color, so I'll fix that tomorrow." But in fact, I know it was a newer member of his team that made the error (which was no big deal because they will stay til the job's done, regardless). But I love his leadership sense in taking ownership of his team, and taking the high road in things like that. -The team: Richard, and 3 others. All sweet, happy, kind, professional people. They all arrived in pure white attire. I wasn't sure if Mary Poppins and Dick Van D*** were going to run up and do a jig. It was lovely. -They spent several hours covering every window, door handle, light, etc. The windows were so covered during the work we could not see out - so it actually worked as a benefit because we never had the sense that a painter was staring into our kitchen window at all. All the windows were covered. -Final day, did a walk around for any details needing attention, all was covered. -It was amazing to find such great work at what appears to be the most competitive price. Win-win all around.

Called company to get an estimate. Never got a call back. Called a 2nd time and the girl in the office said they were a small company and some one would call to set up appt. Never got a call back. Very rude for a business to not call a potential client back. If you are too busy at least call the client and say so. Called Halstead painting and Andy came right out.

I am extremely please with the paint job. My house looks fantastic! There was great attention to detail. Every small hole and crack was filled. Rich was very attentive and kept in touch. I am so happy that I chose CCI.

I can not rave about Rich and his crew enough. His crew painted the exterior of my stucco house years ago. Since then, Rich has been back over the years to do touch up work on the paint. Each time, he is always pleasant and friendly to work with, he returns calls promptly and always works with my schedule. Although I have probably had him back a handful of times to do various touch ups, he takes so much pride in his work that he never accepts payment for his service. I highly recommend Rich and his team.

Rick and his crew painted the exterior of our house and did a fabulous job! He was very professional and the attention to detail and thoroughness was impressive. I appreciated that Rich was onsite for the duration of the job. He used quality equipment and materials and the finished product was beautiful!
