I was so impressed. First because they came exactly when they said they would. Secondly, they did a perfect job and even added extra details, like pressure cleaning my entry walk. They left the place immaculate when they were finished.

Rich was always prompt, courteous and professional. He was well organized and his work reflected his thoroughness. "A good guy."

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Rich and Tommy are very professional and were very interested in my satisfaction. Being a detail person, Rich made sure to ask me very frequently if I had issues or concerns during the entire project, which took 6 days total. As I stated, it was a difficult job and that I am very particular, thanks for your professionalism and patience Rich. My wife & I are very satisfied and would not have hesitation to use Rich again or to recommend him. Rich is one of a rare breed these days, in my experience. Our house was painted by Rich and his partner. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterward. He was professional and punctual. Plus he did the job himself, something that was important to us.

I called the company and Rich called me back. Set an appointment for two days later. Gave a great price and professional handouts and materials. Kept his word on everything. Great paint job, great customer service. Would absolutely use again and refer to others.

CCI began the process by providing a complete and through free estimate. The estimate entailed pressure washing, caulk, undercoat and two coats of Sherman Williams Super Paint for our house. Once my wife and I decided on CCI as the vendor of choice, we confirmed a start date and contacted Rich several times for guidance and input of the current trends. On the agreed upon start date Rich and his assistant were on site doing as contracted, they pressure clean undercoated and painted our house in about 3 and 1/2 day. Upon completion Rich personally walked around the entire exterior with my wife and I to address any of our concerns. I would not ever hesitate to employ CCI to perform a service for us in the future.

In home improvement I consider the exterior paint to be of critical importance. I therefore selected this contractor with extreme care. I interviewed and accepted bids from 4 "A-rated" companies on Angie's List. Surprisingly, one Angie's contractor was uninsured and unlicensed. (I learned not to have a false sense of security just because someone is on the list. To be protected you must check these companies out!) In the end, "Rich the Painter", as he is known, was selected. Though Rich won my confidence early, you never know how it will all turn out until the work is completed. All of my expectations were exceeded. Rich knows two things: Quality work and customer service. Rich is the consummate business professional, a true craftsman, and as courteous, patient and respectful as any individual you will ever meet. The fact that he backs it all up with a stellar paint job and 10-year warranty puts him in the elite category. And kudos to helper Tommy, these guys are a great team!

Rich did work for my neighbor. It was excellent. When I learned of his company, I immediately looked up his name on Angie's List to see if he was on it. He was rated with an "A." So I called him to make an appointment for a job. Rich returned my call immediately and made an appointment to survey the job. I was highly pleased by his professional manner. He was very descriptive of all he would do. He advised us what brand would be best for the job. He also would guarantee his work up to 10 years. Rich also told us that upon completion of his initial work, he would come back to correct any work that needed correction. He gave us a price (including a 10% discount as a member of Angie's List) that was most reasonable and under what I estimated. His price included the supplies and it was final. Rich gave us a start date and he began it on time without any delay. I painted professionally years ago and his work was very impressive. I would absolutely hire him again.

The entire exterior of our home was painted in two days with a power wash and two coats of three different colors. He was fast, clean, conscientious, extremely courteous, and willing to go out of his way to make us happy. His estimate ($2700) was more than fair for the work performed; he included painting the floor of our not-so-small patio at no extra charge. Ultimately, Richard's recommendations and painting skills modernized the look of our home; he transformed it; it is now more appealing and blends quietly but elegantly into the environment. We've already received several compliments from neighbors, some wanting to contact him to paint their homes. I would recommend C.C.I. to anyone -- without reservation.
