When I called for quotes initially, Rich's response time was amazing. He came over within a day to give us an estimate. And, we were considering a technique that he doesn't actually do. He called his supplier to get the names of other companies that perform that technique and provided us with their number! I was so thrilled with his level of enthusiasm and customer service that I knew instantly he was the guy for the job. His rate was a little higher than the others, but fell right in line after the "Angie's List discount". And he held my hand every step of the way, explaining each step of the process and assisting with color selection. He was extremely friendly, patient and thorough. All in all - he's just enjoyable to be around. I am so thankful to have worked with this type of person. We have had very bad experiences in the past and Rich has restored my faith in service providers! Not to mention...the deck looks great!

The job went very well. One day for the pressure wash, and then three days to prep, seal, and paint. They had excellent attention to detail, and worked with me to ensure we got a quality job in the end.

Rich came exactly when he said he would both for the estimate and for the actual work. He's personable, professional, and puts you at your ease. He gently suggested a color scheme when we were unsure of what colors to use (our house needed updating -it's 50 plus years old). He and his assistant worked extra h****** a couple of problem areas and the results are wonderful. We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Rich did a fantastic job, the house looks wonderful! Everything from the initial meeting and quote to the job completion went smoothly and professionally. I had a very positive experience with Rich from CCI painting. He gave me an estimate about one year ago and at that time I decided not to have the work done. He told me to give him a call when I was ready and he would hold the estimate for me. He upheld his promise and remembered me from last year. He made a few special trips out to my home to answer questions and address concerns beforehand. My home was badly in need of a new paint job and had many rough looking areas on the woodwork. He and his partner truly went out of their way to make my home look great. I wish I could attach before and after pictures of my home because words just can't describe what a huge difference they made in my home's appearance. I would definitely call them again for any future painting needs.

If we need any more work to be done in the future Rick would be the man to do it. I have given his business card to several people already and we know one of our friends has hired Rich to paint the exterior of their home. We certainly know good quality!!

Despite cold and intermittent rain they completed our home (about 2700 sq. foot ranch) in less than a week. He and one other painter were there the entire time. They were professional, cleaned up completely, and Rich was clearly interested in seeing that we were more than satisfied with the job. We had hardware that could not be installed in the front door until after he completed the job, and he is coming out to touch up the door next week. Our house looks great.

Our wood framed windows has several deteriorated coats of paint on them, and thus were more of a restoration project than a paint job. That is not the the type of thing Rich does, so I elected to take on that part of the project myself. He pressure washed, primed and painted everything else, including the soffits which were pretty rough. The job came out looking even better than I expected. We were very impressed with his ability to communicate well with us, even in the face of the stress associated with our color being wrong on the first coat (the computer match was not accurate). This is VERY rare in dealing with contractors. Rich was pleasant, supportive and helpful throughout while we brainstormed together on how to get the color result we wanted. He treated us like we were all on the same team, with a commitment to our happiness and satisfaction, and was never adversarial toward us as most contractors would have become under those circumstances. I can't compare price as his was the only bid we got. This is because we felt his bid was reasonable and we were very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I think we made a very good choice.

Very professional, prompt, and responsive to our needs. We are very hands on and wanted to evaluate the work as it progressed. Whenever we cited something needing extra attention, Rich was responsive and agreeable. There were no subcontractors and we liked that too. They also did a good job cleaning up and left all paint when finished.

We chose Rich from CCI for several reasons. The previous customers that reported on Angies list gave CCI very high marks. We obtained a total of 3 bids and CCI had the most competitive bid and a contract that was very straight forward in detailing what services we would be receiving. Our HOA is very strict in requiring us to have exact approved colors of paint. Rich from CCI made sure that the paint matched exactly. We received a call from Rich that let us know he would be able to start the job a day earlier than anticipated. CCI Painting was very efficient, neat and completed the work in a timely manner. Our home looks beautiful. We have received many compliments from neighbors and we would definitely use CCI Painting again.

From the beginning Rich was responsive and punctual. My wife and I had many concerns in trying to get just the right look for our house. Rich was informative and knowledgeable, however, he was careful to leave the final decision making to us. It all worked out beautifully. From beginning to end it was a pleasure dealing with C.C.I. Rich and Tom were professional, courteous, and responsive to concerns.

Wonderful experience. We scheduled the job well in advance and they were there on time to begin pressure washing. The following day, they patched and primed. The painting was finished within the week, even with the usual Florida rains, as promised. He offered to come back out if we had any issues or noticed anything after they were finished. There was no reason to call. It was perfect. They were very prompt, clean, organized, and did a wonderful job. One of the very few great contractor experiences we've had.

CCI showed up as scheduled. They pressure washed the house and began painting. We were keeping the same color but it was easiy to see where new paint had been applied even though it was only 7 years since last painted. CCI used a much better brand of paint then the last painter. Rich demonstrated great interest in customer satisfaction and I must say I was very satisfied with the results. I would recommend Rich to anyone thinking of having their house painted.

Rich was very professional throughout. He responded promptly to calls,arrived on time,and was always diligent and detail oriented. We scheduled our job several weeks in advance and it was done within one day of the original day scheduled and exactly at the estimated cost. Rich communicates well and knows his business. In parts of the job many coats of paint were necessary and these guys got it done. We are very pleased with the final results.

This was our first experience with having our home painted and we couldn?t be happier. Rich, the owner, is fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgeable and his suggestions were great. He was always just a phone call away to answer any questions. If we had to leave a message he always got back to us the same day. We had to wait a little to be scheduled but Rich was very upfront about the timeframe and it was well worth the wait.

He was really great! He was quick to respond and was reliable. He was very experienced and knew tricks of the trade to make things look better. He was always here running the show, which I appreciated. He asked my opinion and wanted to make sure it was done how I wanted. I would recommend him to others, and would never use any other painter again!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME EACH DAY AND COMPLETED PRESSURE WASHING AND PAINTING IN THREE DAYS. THEY COVERED PLANTS AND SHRUBS PERFECTLY. RICH WAS FAR MORE PICKY THAN I WAS IN GOING OVER MINOR MISSED SPOTS. HE IS THE BEST AND NICEST CONTRACTOR WE HAVE WORKED WITH.

Rich was a winner from the start! Scheduled an appointment for the estimate within 24 hrs and provided an excellent brochure with references and credentials, and then directed me to his website so I could utilize the Sherwin Williams "color actualizer" to assist me in selecting potential color combinations for the house. He scheduled the job for several weeks from our meeting and when I ran into trouble deciding what color to paint, he helped me zero in on the appropriate choice, taking into consideration the roof and paver driveway colors so all would compliment each other. Work was performed over 2 days and proceeded without any surprises with an outstanding end result! Rich is professional, punctual, easygoing and always readily available via his cell phone to answer any and all of my questions-it was a real pleasure working with him.
