The pressure washer and the painters were on time, did a great job and cleaned up. They were careful not to get pain on the plantings.

The first house that Rich and his crew painted was our rental property, and it never looked so good as when it was finished. Attention to detail was obvious. Our residence was next, and it went very smoothly. My wife and I love the look that was achieved. Rich and his crew did an outstanding job, and I recommend them highly.

The owner, Rich, was thorough, professional, and very responsive to my needs as a customer. There was open communication throughout the project.

All of the work was performed when scheduled in a professional manner. Rich and his crew arrived in the morning and painted through the afternoon, only breaking for lunch. Day one was pressure cleaning, and day two & three was painting the house. The house was also treated with a mildewcide prior to painting. CCI uses Sherwin-Williams "Super Paint". Rich went above and beyond the initial proposal by also painting the ceiling of the screen lanai. I have the best looking house in the neighborhood now. I would not hesitate to use CCI again or recommend his services to friends.

I contacted Rich after reading the great reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed. He and his team did a great job painting, were efficient and professional. Rich took the time to answer any questions I had, even after they had finished the job. The paint and trim make the house look so much better. My only regret is not calling him sooner to get the house painted!

I hired CCI Painting services to paint the exterior of my home after finding them on Angie's List and reading the reviews. I could not be more pleased with the results and my home looks great. Thanks to all the Angie's List members who took the time to add their reviews which led me to calling CCI for an estimate in the first place. Following is my contribution: The bottom line is that Rich (the owner) and his crew were professional in every respect and the completed paint job is excellent. Paint coverage is complete and spread evenly. The edge lines are crisp and straight and there is no mess or overspray on the windows, doors, and fixtures. Added bonuses are: Rich and his team arrived on time for each appointment and painting day. They completed the work on schedule. No trash was left at any time and their tools were neatly stacked to the side between painting days. My lanai door handle was accidentally broken and Rich replaced it within hours and it's better than the original. After the painting was done, Rich walked the home with me to be sure I was satisfied and completed any touch-up needed. I don't think you can go wrong with this pleasant and professional crew. They clearly wanted to leave a satisfied customer behind and they did.

I contacted Rich via his website in early January for a full house painting. He followed up the next day with a phone call, asked a few general questions, and let me know upfront that he was booked through early May. This was fine with me, as it helped me to know that his services were highly sought after, and we set a time to meet the next day. Rich accommodated my request to meet during my lunch hour, and was right on time. We spent nearly two hours discussing the job, after which time I went back to work and Rich stayed to complete a detailed estimate. During that time he gave me a ‘House Color 101’ course on what to consider when choosing colors. You will learn that Rich LOVES painting. He is extremely detailed and asked many questions about my preference on different aspects of the job. Rich is a great listener and is passionate about doing work that both looks great and protects the structure as paint is intended to do. While waiting for the house painting, I reviewed the color palette that Rich had loaned me. I E-mailed my first set of choices to him and asked for his opinion. The next day Rich came out to my house while I was at work, and considered the colors I had chosen against my roof color. We talked that evening, and he explained with very good reasoning that I might consider a different trim color. Rich is a master at understanding colors and how they blend and balance. I picked another trim color a few weeks later, and he made a SECOND trip to my house to re-evaluate the new color scheme, which got the thumbs up. Of course, he would have painted my house any color I requested, but I really valued his expertise. The job started in early May, slightly ahead of schedule, beginning with a day of pressure washing followed by about two days of painting. The paint job itself is outstanding. No drips, smears, or missed spots. The cut over lines between colors are crisp and clean. The paint is smooth, uniform, and “feels” thick and durable. The front door turned out much better than I had imagined! Also, I asked Rich not to fill in the trench around the house because I wanted to put blocks or edging there, and I was delighted to find that he and his helpers cut the grass a few inches away from the house (and disposed of it) to make my job even easier. There were several other very nice surprises like this, and not a single disappointment. Of course, the final cleanup left no trace that he had been there. I found Rich to always be courteous, professional, and responsive. He truly enjoys his work, and treated my home as if it were his own. I highly recommend Rich the Painter with no reservations.

First of all I want to convey how professional and friendly Rich and his team were. It is not often you find a business concerned about your total satisfaction and their level of quality. I got three estimates of the top rated contractors on Angie's list at the time. Each were thorough and provided a detailed estimate - CCI was neither the most expensive nor the least. Rich was like an artist with his painting wand and we were so impressed with the level of detail that went into his work. My wife had so many concerns and Rich was so responsive to her needs - here is her statement: Rich has more patience than anyone I have ever worked with! I was really concerned about choosing a paint color that I would be happy with for a long time. Rich provided many tips giving me plenty of ideas and things to think about, all the while still allowing me to make my own mind up. He didn?t attempt to talk me into anything, but was there to provide his knowledge and support every time I called him. He made me feel like I was his only customer ? he was so patient with me and answered every question I presented him like he had never been asked that question before! Rich truly knows his business and enjoys what he does. The same goes for his two helpers ? a husband and wife team who show just as much consideration for the customer as Rich does. They prepped the house and cleaned up; except for the new house color, no one would know they had even been there!! I was very pleased with the decision my husband made to go with CCI Painting.

My house was way overdue for exterior paint. From the start I had some special concerns with cracks along my windows, spider and step cracks along the stucco body. The masonry was in desperate need of waterproofing. Rich came out when I called in November to give me a quote and even though his first availability wasn't until February, he impressed me so much from first contact with his knowledge, price and concern that I did not have any problem waiting for 'my week'. After cleaning, CCI carefully and methodically prepped my house and applied the 2 paint colors I had chosen. Over the course of a few short days, my house was transformed. Rich and his crew were truly professional and very responsive to make sure I was completely satisfied. As he said it would - The house looks like new.

Got an estimate about 2 months prior to the job. was told that it would be about a 3 month wait which was fine by me. got a call that a spot had opened up and they came out and finished the job in 3 or 4 days. we had a few problems with the colors i chose not showing up properly and they fixed the problem by using a third color. this was a good thing because they could have just painted it per contract and left. prep and cleanup were good. havent found any problems yet. very happy with the job and would use them again.

The house looks terrific! Rich came to the house and gave me an estimate in October. He is very knowledgable, willing to give suggestions and listens well to the homeowner's ideas and concerns. I booked CCI for their first available date which was the first week of January. Rich called ahead and confirmed the work schedule. All work was done on schedule by Rich and 2 long time employees. Extra paint was left for any future touchup. I would highly recommentd CCi Painting.

The house looks fantastic. Rich spent hours with me trying to determine the right color scheme and which colors when where, he took pictures of the house, walked around it on several occasions etc. He was there working on the house everyday along with 2 long term employees. His work is not sub contracted out or done by people new to the field. There were one or two minor issues that I noticed after having a week or so to look at the house and once I called him, they were out here asap and fixed everything! I have no doubt if any problems develop in the future their response would be the same. The left the extra paint with me for future touch ups. I would highly recommend CCI Painting.

I checked all his credentials and reviews and they are all extremely positive. Mr. Weinberg's price was very reasonable. Because we plan to sell our house this year, we wanted to cut costs as much as possible. Therefore, we chose another company that was local and was able to give a lower price because they were located closer to us. However, if we had intended to stay and live in our house for years to come, our decision would absolutely be to go with Mr. Weinberg as he offers an extended warranty on labor and paint and goes out of his way to address his customers' needs. He is named one of Angie's List best contractors in the Tampa area. I am sure if we had used his services, he would have done a stellar job and would have gone above and beyond in delivering an outstanding finished product.

This project was a breeze! The entire job took only 3 days. When they were gone they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace they had ever been there (except for a fresh new paint job!). We were impressed with Rich and his team every step of the way! They were friendly, professional and prompt...I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting company.

My husband had an architectural vision of what he wanted the house to look like and chose the colors he wanted for the house (unfortunately I don't share that trait with him) and Rich was able to paint the house exactly like hubby wanted it. The house had not been painted since 1990 and it looked it. We pressure washed the house before calling C.C.I. and not only did some of the 1990 paint come off, but the original paint also came off. Rich came out quickly and gave us an estimate. He was very patient in working with us as we had to keep postponing due to other work that had to be done on the house, supplies being delivered late for those projects, etc. Not only did Rich's assistant pressure wash the house but he also pressure washed the aluminum florida room and the patio stones for us prior to painting the house. They did a beautiful job in painting the house, trim, gutters, window sills, gable vents, front door and garage door. The garage door and front door look brand new! They were always on time, professional and cleaned up their work area. We are very pleased and satisfied with the results. We have received many compliments from our neighbors.

Overall, the job was performed well; job performed quickly and efficiently. Very personable crew.

Rick and his team of John and Joanie did an exceptional job painting my home! He kept right on schedule as promised and was a real pleasure to work with. Rick and his team are true professionals who clearly take pride in their workmanship. I would recommend CCI to anyone who wants a beautifully painted home!

Rich is the best! Very professional. He was by far the most thorough and experienced. One small issue with front porch ceiling, Rich corrected it perfectly within 24 hours of my call.

Rich's team did an excellent job. They are very professional and and made sure everything was completed in a very thorough manner. They completed the work when they said they would, and were on time everyday. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in having a quality job done. I would imagine you could find a cheaper price, but not for the quality of work they do. I asked them to use a different paint then they were used to and it required more paint to get the right coverage. They never complained about extra cost or work, just made sure everything was done right.

Rich is a true professional, which is a rare find here in the state of Florida. I originally called him and asked him to come out and give me an estimate. He came by and walked around the outside of the house with me. He told me exactly what he would be able to do with the outside of the house. We had some major damage to the area next to the garage which needed repair. Rich was up front and said that it would never be perfect, but he could get it close. After getting 2 other estimates, I decided that Rich was the man for the job. He helped me pick out the paint (boy was that a process! Way too many colors to pick from.....), but once that was done, everything went great. The extra care that he and his 2 other painters took in painting the house was unbelievable. The trim work is perfect. Things that we had not even talked about during the estimate were completed without any extra charges. He always arrived on time and cleaned up when the workday was complete. I would not hesitate in recommending his company. My house turned out beautiful and the damaged area that we had, turned out near perfect! You can tell that Rich takes pride in his work.

Our experience could not have been better! Rich sat down with us and explained exactly what they would do and exactly what it would cost. They always showed up when they said they would and they called or left us notes to keep us updated on what was going on. We have absolutely no complaints! The house looks beautiful. I wish all contractors were this great!

Everything went perfectly and it was a pleasure working with Rich. I called and Rich, he inspected both houses and provided me with written estimates for each house in three days (e-mail), along with copies of his license and insurance certificate. I approved the work on August 21 and he kept in constant contact with me as the work progressed from the first house to the second house. There was a problem with some plaster that became detached on the second house. Rich informed me of the problem and I found a plasterer who Rich cooperated with and the work was completed. Both houses turned out great.

Richard gave me a quote on 6/7 and was very honest that he wouldn't be able to start until the middle of July. He first said the pressure washing would be done on 7/9 and painting starting on 7/13. When he realized that he was off by a week, he immediately called and let me know the new schedule. Since I was going out of town on the 21st. he made sure he finished and I was satisfied before I left.

After contracting for the services, Rich had the house pressure washed on a Friday. He then showed up on Tues. to paint as scheduled. He and his partner taped windows, etc. and they painted the house. They used the color that I had chosen and did a very nice job. It took 2 days of painting, and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. Rich called several weeks later to make sure that we were satisfied with the job, and to be sure and call him if we had any issues.

Rich and his associate, John, are fantastic to work with. They are punctual, courteous, professional, and completely organized. Rich came to the house (a 1952 ranch style house - block masonry) and spent an hour and a half examining the exterior and asking questions. His quote was more than fair, especially with the Angie's list discount, and he was very thorough about the process. They came out the first day and pressure washed the entire house with a mildicide. A few days later, they returned to scrape, prime, seal, and caulk the house. The house was peeling in many spots, including the wood work on the porch, and they took extra time and effort to complete the job correctly. They also used a sealkrete to seal and waterproof the masonry. They painted everything from the doors, to the shutters, to the gutters and downspouts, to the wrought iron and front porch. The trim was hand-painted. They spent three days completing our house. When they left, their cleanup was impecable. There isn't one negative (or even indifferent) thing to say about these men. They did far more than just paint our house. I would use them again, and I recommend them without a second thought to anyone. You will not be disappointed with their work and their professionalism.
