I called Rich and CCI painting to get a quote for my house painting. He answered the phone right away (along with just about every other time I called him) and was at my house later that day. He spent at least an hour and a half walking methodically around the house with me to understand exactly what I wanted done. He was super patient and did not rush me whatsoever. I had a few areas of concern with stucco cracks. He explained what he could do to fix those as well as recommended a great stucco guy for other stucco problems I had. His price was right inline with other quality painter references I received. My wife and I were in paralyzed with color choice. He recommended colors, ways to paint them on the wall for testing, and even came by a couple more times with both my wife and I to help us decide. He really made us comfortable with our choice. He patience was beyond belief. He offered us multiple start dates starting about 5 weeks out. I asked for an even later date due to other home improvements I wanted done before painting. He called during that time to offer an earlier date as he had a cancellation, but I declined as my other work was not complete. As the date approached, he contacted me and told me exactly what to expect and everything went as planned. We had one little hiccup. During pressure washing, I had decaying rubber seals around the bottom of my windows and some of the mud from the window seal got onto one of my carpets. I showed it to him and he was super apologetic and immediately offered to pay for cleaning or replacing the carpet if that didn't work. I didn't have to ask for that at all. As it turned out, I was planning a carpet cleaning anyway as part of annual maintenance and the mud came right up. Most contractors that I've dealt with would have denied it was them or blamed it on our windows. I think that shows you what kind of quality business you are dealing with when you hire CCI. The painting itself went great. They did our whole 3100 sq ft house in about 4 days. His crew was very respectful of our property and Rich was here the whole time. He or his crew were always available to talk and made sure they had even the smallest details correct. I was having new garage doors put in, but that didn't happen until after the painting was done. Painting the garage doors was not part of our contract. Rich asked if he could paint them anyway because he did not want to leave a job looking unfinished. He did not charge extra for this and they looked great when he was done. About three months after they were done, I found a couple very small areas (because I'm super particular) that I wanted touched up. Rich responded right away and even volunteered to touch up different spots that other contractors had messed up with their work for no charge. Our house looks fantastic. We are thrilled we found CCI. They are super patient, thoughtful, meticulous, and stand behind their work. I would certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Rich is a true professional and was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was prompt in his response to my initial inquiry and spent a great deal of time on his first visit to look over the house, determine our needs and help finalize the color selection. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn’t cut corners, either. Pressure washed, applied mildicide, caulked, and applied two coats paints (not primer and one one coat). He even added a no-skid substance to our pool deck when the paint was applied. Rich pays attention to every detail and takes pride in his work. He and his team are efficient and reliable and always showed up as promised. Rich is a perfectionist and it goes without saying that our house turned out beautifully. We have had a lot of home improvements performed this year, and this project was by far the easiest and most pleasant.

The process was smooth from start to finish! And the finished job looked amazing ... wonderful attention to detail. Rich was thorough and prompt in communication. I greatly appreciated the time that he took to go over the colors I had chosen as well as some of the options I was deciding regarding color placement. Rich and his crew were courteous and tidy while working. Everything was cleaned up when they left the job. I especially appreciated the time that Rich took to go over my painting project ... every step of the way ... from the estimate to the completed project. I never felt rushed, yet the house was painted in two days. Communication with Rich was seamless ... and I had many questions and even needed to reschedule from the original date due to a delay in my window installation. I found interactions to be very efficient and professional and the work was impeccable. Rich's business is truly a rare gem!

It's taken me a long time to write this review, as I feel like it's almost impossible to summarize how incredibly pleased we were with CCI Painting Services. To us, this was no average painting need. We had placed our house up for sale and painting was on our "short list" of things we wanted to address before putting the house on the market. Well, as with most home sales, things got crazy and complicated. The scheduling of this painting project was very affected by all of it. But, Rich, the owner was beyond helpful through all of it. He even advised us on color choice, given the situation. Above all, Rich was phenomenal to work with. His team did an incredibly great job and we (and the new owners) couldn't be happier. Would I recommend CCI? Absolutely -- and I JUST did to our former neighbor. Would I hire CCI again! Yup! My husband and I have already decided on CCI for when our home is ready to be painted. But this time, Rich, we'll do it loooong before a sale. ;)

First, let me confess that I am a very picky individual. I do most of the work/improvements/renovations around the house because 80% of the time, when I do hire someone to do a job, I'm disappointed with the complete lack of quality in their work. I end up having to come behind said "professionals" and fix their sloppiness myself. Let me just say, this was NOT the case with CCI Painting! They did an amazing job on the exterior of our house, I couldn't be more pleased. Rich even picked up on my pickiness and attention to detail, and patiently worked with me to get certain details to my liking. I haven't had to touch anything since the competition of the job. Before CCI, I'm dead sure we had the ugliest shade of pink, on any house in all of Pinellas County (previous owner's color). Now we have a nice tan home that coordinates well with the roof, windows, and trim. We have received countless compliments from our neighbors; all thanks to Rich and CCI. He's in high demand and the waiting list is usually long, but trust me, if you want a quality job done, it's worth the wait. I recommend CCI to anyone looking to paint the exterior of their house!

CCI did a great job painting our house. A crew of 3 did a thorough job in just 2 days. Day 1, they pressure washed the entire house. Day 2, house completely painted! The crew was very professional, courteous and detail oriented. They worked very well together. When the job was done, Rich asked us to do a walk around with him to inspect the results to ensure we were satisfied. We were very pleased! Beautiful clean lines on the trim. We highly recommend CCI and would definitely hire them again.

My experience with CCI Painting was excellent, start to finish. Rich was very responsive to my call for an estimate to paint the exterior of my home. Not only did he give me an estimate, but he made suggestions that improved the final look. His was not the least expensive estimate but it was the most thorough and thoughtful. I fully understood the process and options when he left the estimate. The crew showed up as scheduled and started work immediately. Rich was onsite, and working, each day painting was done. It was evident that each person took pride in the quality of work performed. The attention to detail was phenomenal! And, when they were done....they cleaned up! The only evidence they were here is the beauty of the paint job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality finish.

First off I should point out that I did not end up using CCI for exterior painting job. Not by any fault of CCI however. I had a strict budget to work within and was unable to hire Rich to do my painting. However that does not mean I didn't receive excellent service from CCI. Rich came to my house to provide a quote and spent well over an hour discussing my project. When we realized I wasn't able to hire him for the job he did not stop there. Rich wanted the best for me and gave me some advice and recommendations. Rich more is true professional and a very nice man. I can only imagine what being one of his paying customers would be like. CCI painted the exterior of our 2 story home and our front door. Rich and his team were both professional and thorough. They did the highest quality prep work and painting I could've expected. Our house looks brand new and beautiful.

Rich and his team were excellent. Prompt providing the estimate, including proof of all insurances before I asked and prompt as promised each day when actually performing the job. Each person (3) were absolutely meticulous in painting the exterior of our home. Every evening all tools, paint, etc were put away in my yard neatly and ready for the next morning start. After completion, all work performed was as discussed and promised. Not one issue. Courteous, neat beyond belief and the paint job looks wonderful. Neighbors have commented on the workmanship, citing how good it looks and some citing their very negative experiences with the companies they had hired in the past. By their request, I've already provided his name and phone # to three neighbors. Will use Rich and CCI Painting Services again in the future - 10 years from now....that is the length of his Warranty!

Rich Weinberg made the painting of our home stress free! He came out and gave us a quote and then returned several times to help us choose colors. Rich and his two coworkers, John and Joan, arrived on the appointed day and began work early. The power washing of our home was done the first day, then the actual painting took two days to complete. Most impressive was that Rich, the owner, was working along side of his team, which was comforting, knowing that if we had a question he was right there! No phone calls had to be made to find the owner! We were most impressed by their attention to detail when painting. They were up on ladders using paint brushes to make smooth paint lines near the soffitt and fascia. We noticed a few areas that might need a bit more paint and they eagerly corrected any that we found, and we didn't find many! The team of CCI worked well together, were friendly, cleaned up at the end and checked with us often to get our input. Another contractor working on the house commented on the excellent work and detail of CCI and asked for their Business Name and contact information! When quoting for the job, Rich took the time to listen to my needs and expectations, rather than just hand out a “standard” quote. The team arrived promptly to do the job and were very efficient.

Rich painted our home for us 10 years ago and we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism that we received at that time. About a year ago, we added a new roof and knew that we should tweak the color scheme of the house to match. We hoped that Rich was still painting and were happy to again find him on Angie's List. During our initial meeting, he offered us insight as to changes that we could make that we had not previously thought of, even making a second visit to answer additional questions that we had. Rich and his team kept to our agreed upon schedule and gave us another great paint job. Thank you, Rich.

This company and Rich, the owner did an amazing job, pressure washing, patching cracks, covering all the windows, arrived on the date and time agreed to, did additional detail work we had not even discussed, and did a fantastic job applying the paint to the house and trim, and left absolutely no problem areas or debris. And he was LOW BIDDER for the job. And offers a Ten Year warranty. Couldn't expect a more perfect job.

After liking what I read on Angies list, I called Rich to get an estimate on painting the exterior of our home. Paint was original from when the home was built in the late 80's and needed updating. Rich came out and was not only extremely knowledgeable but took the time to hear what we were looking for and wanted. He made a few suggestions and we were set! I took some time to prep the area around the house for the work to come to make it as easy for Rich and his crew as possible. When Rich and his crew came out to paint, they were not only efficient, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From protecting some outdoor furniture to all the windows/doors. After working a hard day, they made sure to leave the area immaculate. Anytime we had a question or concern they were more than happy to explain and go over any details we wanted. The end result is an amazing, clean and perfect new paint scheme for the exterior of our home that we are thrilled with. (And I am sure so are our neighbors!) We could not have asked for better work or service. Dealing with Rich was an absolute pleasure, thank you so much!
